Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Withington

We had a great stay, Ian was very responsive and helpful with any issues we had - great location, very close to Piccadilly gardens and tram stop just outside - you could hear a bit of street noise at night but that’s to be expected from an old property, maybe bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Beautiful interior design & clean - would definitely stay again!

Without doubt, one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in! Absolute spotless inside, beautiful garden, exactly as described and a fantastic location for getting to Manchester. Mike has thought of every detail and it was ideal for myself, my husband, our two boys and our dog. Honestly couldn't fault it. Mike's instructions were easy to follow and he provided lots of helpful information before we arrived. 100% recommend!

This was an absolutely gorgeous place to stay, very clean. Felt very homely and nice to relax. Fab little outside area to relax in. Fantastic place to stay in the heart of MCR! Right on the doorstep of the canal, a stones throw away from central, Northern Quater and Ancoats. Amazing reccomendations from the host and a quick guided tour round Kampus. Definitely would recommend and stay again if I ever get the chance!

Fantastic place in beautiful area. It had 2 large bedrooms and a lovely living/kitchen area. Spotlessly clean and nice little touches such as coffee, tea, fresh milk, bread rolls and fresh butter. The place is located in a wonderful area and is only a 5 minute walk from an array of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again and would recommend without hesitation.

The elevator was broken, I had to carry my bags to the first floor.

Our stay was booked as we were visiting MMU for an Open Day with our daughter. The location was in the city centre and easily walkable from MCR Piccadilly Stn. The accommodation was faultless as was the communication from Michelle at MCR Hospitality. Clear and concise instructions were provided for Check In as well as some great suggestions for dining out. I would not hesitate recommending MCR Hospitality and as our daughter starts at MMU in Sept, I have no doubt we will be back!!!

The apartment is located in central Manchester , with tram, bus , train station close by. Many restaurants of all kinds near by. The flat is on first floor and the lift was not working. A lady from the shop in ground floor helped us to carry the luggage up. Dominic was very responsive through messaging, though there was an initial confusion about the instructions for getting in. He was also kind enough to let us do an early checkin. The second double bed is on the mezzanine floor above kitchen and the stairs access to that is a little unstable. One has to be careful when climbing up and down. Kitchen has adequate amenities like oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, washing machine. and very limited consumables like tea/ coffee powder and some milk.

The accommodation had most of what we required. Clean premises, comfortable beds, quiet location. Any questions we had received quick responses. Thank you to the host. Regards D

Organised a little peaceful hen-do getaway, and this house was just perfect! Rooms were beautiful, everything was amazingly clean, felt right at home and all the girls loved it! Beautiful outdoor garden to relax as well as a lovely cinema room to enjoy watching some films with the girls. Host was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever we had any questions or needed anything. Made our stay extremely comfortable! Would definitely reccomend this lovely house! Thank you!!!

we stayed in Jo's place to visit Manchester with my family. the place was located in Salford quays and within walking distance to the tram station. It was also clean and tidy, and was big enough for the family.

Really enjoyable weekend. Simon’s house was ideal for us, in an easily accessible and easy to find location, within 15 mins walking distance from great bars and restaurants of Didsbury, as well as pleasant walks along the river. Would certainly stay again and recommend for others. Thanks!

Had a lovely stay, the place is perfect for a group. Everything was very modern and clean. The hosts were extremely helpful and made us feel at home. Would highly recommend. Easy to access town centre in Ubers. Fallowfield is easily walkable.

A great house that met all our needs when visiting nearby family. Equipped with everything you need including some nice touches like children's books and toys. Parking was on the street but plentiful and free. Short walk to shops, takeaways, pubs etc.

We had such a great girls weekend here! We weren’t from the area and the host was so helpful with giving recommendations and just always answering any questions we had straight away. The house is a great space and all 8 of us loved it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cosy summer house — it truly felt like home. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to both work comfortably and cook our own meals with ease. The little garden quickly became our favourite spot for lunch and dinner — peaceful, charming, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine. Miriam and Julio were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property was also immaculately clean, which we really appreciated. Great place to stay in Manchester. Really spacious flat with comfortable bed and common areas. I’d been staying in hotel for several days, so it was nice to have a washing machine, full kitchen, and even a tub in the bathroom and make myself at home for a few days. The location is really quiet and off the beaten path. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the heart of the Northern Quarter, and more time to other areas of downtown. Lots to see and do in Manchester, but mostly just really enjoyed having a wander around. Had a really good time visiting all the bakeries in neighboring Ancoats! I ended up making this booking on the same day I was checking in and Ryan was really communicative in both accepting and the booking and getting me checkin details quickly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Warren was an absolutely incredible host, excellent communication throughout the entire process and provided us with clear instructions and recommendations for both parking and local food locations. The place is beautiful, looks just like the photos, one of the beds is slightly smaller than expected but definitely suitable for a smaller person. We stayed as a group for one night and found it easy to access and utilise all the facilities. The space was clean and felt safe. Warren was flexible to us checking in later and was responsive throughout. Overall, I would massively recommend! We loved our stay!
