The location of the apartment is super close to the beach. Everything you need is there. Supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Great connection with public transport. - So perfect, even if you arrive without a car. Barbara has always been available, responded quickly and gave great tips for the area. Checking in and out was also super flexible within the scope of what was possible. I can only say that I was completely satisfied! A big thank you! I had a really good time there.

Top location and connection! A tasteful and cozy apartment with beautiful views. With so much exciting reading, days could only be spent reading if the surroundings were not so tempting. High-quality kitchen equipment, even if more for narrow personalities. The entrance area can be unsettled at first, but Kerstin explains everything so clearly and kindly and at the top there is a lot of space for relaxation and enjoyment. You can argue about art, sensitive stomachs, just turn them around. ;) Tip: keep luggage clear! The shortest distance from the parking lot around the house to the 10th floor is longer than expected and also includes some stairs in addition to the elevator. But everything is doable and arrived at the top, people forget every hardship anyway. Then the possibility of a warm bath - a dream! Vegetarian/vegan living people are well advised in the boathouse right at the feet of the house. We were absolutely thrilled! Thank you,Kerstin!

Everything great, super nice hosts, always happy to come back

We spent 5 days or 4 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable. The perfect apartment for 2 persons. Everything is very clean, right on the promenade and yet easily accessible by car and free parking right at the house. The highlight, however, is the fantastic view directly onto the sea. We can only agree with the many positive reviews - we will be happy to come back!

We were super happy with the apartment. Dominic and his family are very friendly. We didn't miss anything. The apartment is well equipped and lovingly furnished. The Baltic Sea is just around the corner. Perfect for us to enjoy the Baltic Sea beach in the most beautiful weather.

We felt super comfortable in Karin's apartment! The location is absolutely quiet and unique with direct views of the passing ships and surfers. Everything was very clean and it really had everything you need for a great stay. We would come back any time, thank you again for the wonderful time!

We had a lovely stay in Marstal. This house was perfect for us, great location and very clean!

I spent 1 week in Lennart's beach house with my daughter and we had a great time with nice weather. Lennart was very quick to respond to requests and was super friendly and helpful. The check in was well described and easy. The view from the upper living room is a dream and invites you to linger. Dishes and cooking utensils are sufficiently available. All in all, a successful stay and we would be happy to come back.

We especially loved the tranquility there. The apartment is perfectly suitable for two people and well furnished, only Wi-Fi is missing.

The house is very tidy and clean, the lake view just at sunset is beautiful and everything you need is there. The kitchen equipment is very good, rarely experienced so well in Airbnbs. Overall, the whole house is very modern. The hosts are very friendly and easy to reach. However, shopping and everything else can only be reached by car, but the entire area is very quiet. Clear recommendation!

Unforgettable time in this beautiful house! Not a day went by when we were not fascinated by the house, garden and nature. Felt immediately at home and welcome. Information and excursion tips summarized in a book were super helpful. The garden is a dream for children (and adults!) - large with a trampoline, swings, sandpit and fireplace. Personal greeting card and fresh flowers in the house pleased us. House fully equipped, on request with bed linen and towels. Surroundings offer many activities: Karl-May-Festspiele, kayaking and bike tours, hiking and relaxing at lakes. We often used binoculars to observe animals. We highly recommend this accommodation and would be happy to come back!"

We felt very comfortable in the small cottage by the lake! The surroundings are a true paradise! We are there - surrounded by the wonderful old trees, the view of the lake and the many birdsong - immersed in nature and have recovered, as we have not done for a long time. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house overlooking the fjord. The ride (in June) over the golf course is easy to do by car. The trail behind the house is beautiful. We walked to Grasten and back. The unique location of the house, the atmosphere in the house was nice. In short, we'd love to come back.

I was quite spontaneous for three nights in Lea's apartment and everything worked great. A very cozy and clean apartment with attention to detail. From the terrace, you can enjoy the tranquility and the view of the inland lake, and from the front, you can reach the beach in just a few steps. There are plenty of parking spaces and the parking pass gives you a small advantage. I will definitely come back again :)

We felt very comfortable. The apartment - especially the kitchen was super well equipped (sufficient dishes for several meals, children's dishes and cutlery, many spices, baking paper, coffee filters, etc.) Our kids loved the many toys, board games and art supplies. Everything is well labeled, so you can quickly find your way around and also everything returns everything to its place!

The accommodation is great with a very good connection to the local bus network. Communication with Magdalena was very fast and friendly. The personal reception in the apartment was very warm and it was great that we were able to postpone our check-in time again. We felt very comfortable with Kirsten from the beginning. When we arrived, a small bouquet of flowers and a bottle of wine were ready for us. In the evening, she greeted us personally and gave us good tips for activities. She was always available for questions and concerns and always helped us. We felt very comfortable. The apartment was very well equipped (hairdryer, laundry rack for the balcony, many spices and kitchen utensils already available). The apartment was very clean and has a quiet location. Nice reception with welcome drinks (bottle of wine and water), as well as a personal message.

We spent the turn of the year in Schönhagen with peace and convenience. The apartment is located not far from the beach and is equipped with everything you need. We used the sauna in the basement to ourselves. The place is a good starting point for numerous excursions, especially even in warmer weather by bike. Thanks to Jan for the nice welcome.

Helmut is a real host! Although (unfortunately) we did not meet him in person, but his descriptions of how check-in works were detailed, very detailed, accurate and easy to understand. He made us feel very well taken care of. He was very concerned that we are well. He promptly answered questions to our complete satisfaction. We would like to use his hospitality again.
