In addition to the bathroom, the entire upper floor consists of one room (L-shape) in which both corners have an extra large 2p bed with a wall with a room screen as a partition. Our holiday home is located between Groenlo and Winterswijk, near the Korenburgerveen nature reserve. It's situated on our property, detached, with stunning views and plenty of privacy. Relax in the hanging chairs or cozy up by the wood-burning stove. Enjoy your own large garden with a seating area, pizza oven, outdoor pool, fire pit, and, upon request, a hot tub and Finnish sauna! There are also amenities to complete your holiday: a swimming pool, pétanque court, playground, and trampoline.

Come and enjoy the Achterhoek on the edge of Groenlo, in this converted "piggy barn" with a large private garden and private terrace. The house has all the comforts such as a kitchen, air conditioning, rain shower, fine box spring and not to mention the wide view. The house stands separately from the house and has its own (free) parking and entrance. The location is the perfect starting point for hikes and bike rides in the lovely area.
