Wie der direkte Blick auf die Marienburg erschließen lässt, ist sie hervorragend für einen Ausflug dorthin geeignet. Aber auch der Bahnhof Norstemmen liegt fußläufig nur ca. 10 Minuten (700m) entfernt. Es bestehen direkte Verbindungen nach Hildesheim, Hannover und auch zum Messegelände in Hannover-Laatzen.

Our Romantic Wooden Lodge has been created with an eye for detail to offer you a warm and cosy atmosphere in a wonderful woodland surrounding. Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.

Within 10 minutes you can reach Steinhuder Meer by bike along the Hagenburg Canal, where you can experience breathtaking sunsets. Pure nature surrounds the beautiful, old manor house in which the cozy apartment is located on the 2nd floor. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed, 2 alcove beds (90 x 200 and 80 x 160 cm) are available, which are built into the sloping roof. On the park-like grounds, guests have their own area with garden furniture and a beach chair.
