Lake house holiday rentals in Winona Lake

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my stay at the lake cottage. I came to town expecting to stay just a couple nights. When my plans changed due to unforeseen circumstances, the host was quick to help me extend my stay which eased the stress of the situation. The view is absolutely stunning, and the deck is a great place to watch it from. One couldn’t ask for a better view from the main bedroom, living room, or kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, as was the rest of the furniture. The home is beautifully decorated, and well taken care of. The kayaks were a nice addition. This became a soothing place for my soul, and was the perfect retreat. I loved this home and hope to visit again.

Lacy's place is even better in person. It was so cozy. She had lots of little touches that made our stay better. We had so much fun with the kayaks, she had logs ready for a fire, lots of places to sit outside. Our family of four was very comfortable. We really appreciated the cold filtered water. The neighbors were all so nice and we even met several Amish families and saw many horse and buggy driving by. It was quite an amazing experience.

Our second summer vacation here and again, we loved it! Lots of room for the whole family, convenient to town for groceries, and so so relaxing. Sitting out on the deck in the morning with coffee is so peaceful …the place has everything you need and we love the big dining table to eat and place games in the evening after a long day on the water. Sad that the week is already over and can’t wait until next time!

I loved staying at Sharon's place. It was cozy and comfortable. I love when a host does the "little things" for their guests such as the Dr. Teal's lotion and bubble bath, make-up towels, toys for the little ones etc. I felt very safe, and the peace and serenity were what I was looking for with this get-away. We ate at Destination 814 and it was delicious. We also drove down to Shipshewana and enjoyed shopping and picking up some local desserts. All around great host and great trip.

We had a great stay at Micaiah and Anna’s. The home is cozy, comfortable and spacious. They were quick to respond with any questions and accommodating. They also provided us with the local marina to book a boat for the weekend. We had a wonderful time on the lake.

This is a cute little cottage with a beautiful view of the lake. I will definitely be back!

I was in town for a wedding and needed somewhere for 6 groomsmen and the groom to stay. Kiely’s place was exactly what we needed, had plenty of room for 7 grown men to stay and get wedding ready in. Kiely was incredibly helpful and kind to us the entire stay. I cannot recommend enough.

The Airbnb my work crew stayed in was perfect for what we needed. Great location and the accommodations were perfect.

I was literally shocked at how much our family loved this place, and we only stayed 1 night passing through on a cross country trip. The host was meticulous with his hospitality—this was a million times better than staying at a hotel for the night. What stood out to me, besides the cleanliness and thoughtful amenities, was the furniture and decor. I loved the chairs in the billiard room (did not utilize the billiards as we don’t know how to play). I spent a large portion of the night scanning the internet for similar chairs; they were so comfortable yet regal. The living room furniture and decor was excellent. The modern yet comfortable furnishings allowed me to relax in a tranquil space. Additionally, the backyard/lake area is gorgeous. I watched the sunset and my dog fought sticks. My family of 5 would give this places 10/10. If I am ever in Indiana, again, this would be the place to go. (In addition, I appreciated the technological aspects)

Was small and cozy. Just what you need to sleep inside and spend your time on the lake.

Peaceful stay with multi generation group. Since the game room is on the main floor, everyone had the opportunity to enjoy it. The bedroom layout was nice and allowed for privacy with multiple families. The floor plan allowed everyone to be together or split activities. The lake is beautiful, great for kayaking and fishing. A bit too much vegetation for our picky swimmers but they found a nice beach near by. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay at this authentic log cabin—it felt like stepping back in time in the best way possible! The vintage charm was everywhere, from the cozy wood interior to the old-school stereo system playing classic rock & roll hits on the radio. It was the perfect soundtrack for relaxing and unwinding. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning—mornings with coffee on the porch. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with tons of character, this place is it. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful home with a beautiful and peaceful view. The hosts are super kind and very accommodating. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Has everything you need for a fun and relaxing time away from home. Thank you for having our family and we hope to visit again!

Beautiful home that was perfect for our stay in Indiana while our RV was in the shop having warranty work done. Krista was very responsive to all our questions and was so easy to work with. The home was furnished with everything that was in the description and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Charming quiet lake side cottage. Clean and homey feeling. We enjoyed relaxing by the lake waters and having the kayaks and paddle boat available to use was a nice plus. Host was friendly and proactive to reach out to us before and during our stay to answer any questions and remind us where some amenities could be found. We definitely would stay here again if we were in the area

A beautiful piece of heaven I was a pleasure to be in this place and the whole family enjoyed themselves. The canoes and the fire pit were a big hit. Jacuzzi was well received.

We traveled for a graduation party. And the house was perfect for our family plenty of space, clean, extra touches like paper plates and cups were nice. Nice outside space with a fire pit. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this cozy cabin and appreciated the simple furnishings. There are big lake views from three sides of the house!! You may want to note that you’ll hear everything between rooms and all interior doors are sliding and do not lock. We look forward to staying again in warm weather, when we can enjoy the patio and side yard spaces!

We had a fantastic time. Wonderful location and absolutely beautiful home inside and out. Pictures do not begin to do this lovely place justice. Scott and Marli are very gracious and responsive. Their home is clean, comfortable and very well equipped with what you need for a wonderful getaway. The pier was the perfect spot to watch the sunrises and the view in the evenings overlooking the lake are breathtaking. We look forward to returning.

Nice little get-away with my granddaughters and their moms. We took our kayaks. Enjoyed dockside fishing and beautiful sunsets by the campfire. Only downside was the spiral staircase inside which was hard to maneuver with infant and toddler. Then the additional steps down to the lake which gave us our exercises for each day. All together we had a fantastic time!

our third year here, and still loving it. we love coming to Webster and staying here. Kurt is a gracious host with a lovely place. I can't say enough wonderful things about it. thank you again for another great year.
