Exactly as described, very responsive host, comfortable and very functional space.

Overall it’s a great place, especially the convenient location—easy walking distance to the Convention Centre and the Exchange District. It would be better if the noise from the ventilation system could be addressed.

Convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. The bed is comfortable. If you are sensitive to noise, there is quite a bit of noise transfer from the second floor.

I absolutely lovedd staying at Kaelins! The place is so beautiful and clean. I loved that there was parking in the front and back, just what i needed. I would definitely stay here again!!

Lynelle met us upon arrival. The accommodations were very clean and decorated very nicely. She had snacks in the room that was greatly appreciated. We hit some rainy weather but we were very comfortable in the room. The event we were attending was in Niverville so the location was perfect for some peace and quiet away from the event but we felt it's proximity was very doable.

this place was amazing to stay at, had such an amazing view. real cozy. would totally stay again. and yuri made us feel like we were right at home.

Great little place! Only suggestion is to add an extra mirror in one of the rooms so there is less crowding in the bathroom 😉 I would definitely stay again! Thanks Samson.

We were evacuated from Flin Flon fires, booked to accommodate my extended family, but didn’t look close at rules…we had pets which aren’t allowed! Des worked with us in light of our situation! Great Peeps, great place so we extended our stay as long as availability would allow! Thanks for getting us through our first week of being refugees! ;)

The place was perfect! It accommodated all 5 of us during our stay. The place was in a perfect spot and away from the main roads so it was nice and quiet.

Comme nous étions en visite au théâtre Cercle Molière qui est à deux minutes de marche, l'endroit était parfait pour nous. Propre et confortable, à 15 minutes à pieds de La Fourche, à 5 minutes de l'Université de St-Boniface, qu'espérez vous de mieux! Les hôtes étaient bien réactif. Merci!

Home was really nice, very spacious and had everything we needed.

This was such an amazing spot to stay! My family and I were visiting for a wedding social, and this was the perfect place to come back to and relax. Everything was very clean, there were personal touches like the welcome sign and the snack basket. The bathroom was immaculate and a relaxing retreat. Everything about the place was practical and met every need/want we had! Will definitely book this place again if we’re ever in the area!

We had this beautiful spot for 4 days, and we can't say enough about how comfortable and at home we felt from the minute we walked in. Located in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighbourhood, and super close to all amenities and major roadways to get around! The Corydon Ave stretch has lots of great restaurants, coffee sops, gift stores etc. The house.... 2 great bedrooms with beds that you will fall in love with, a large, bright living room and dining area. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to eat in. And the bathroom..that rainfall shower and water pressure is worth the price of the stay alone!! Wilfred is an amazing host, his response is immediate and helpful, he checks in to make sure all is good, and he has done such a great job keeping this house updated and ready for you. Such a pleasure, and I know we will be coming back to this place on our next visit!!

Danielle was both responsive and proactive from start to finish, and the home was large and comfortable. Well-appointed, and a solidly built home. Our family really enjoyed the relaxing time there.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect location for attending a show at the Canada Life Centre. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated that Roy provided clear instructions related to parking and upgraded amenities like snacks, a Nespresso machine, power reclining sofa and plenty of towels. The building’s roof top lounge/patio area was a bonus- it’s an excellent place to hang out in the evening and play a game of pool. Of note if you’re a light sleeper- the unit overlooks Portage Ave and the road noise at night can be loud at times

I stayed at Tia’s place while I was in town for a business trip in downtown Winnipeg. The location was perfect! Close to everything, and over looks the Canada Life Centre. It would be perfect for seeing a game or concert! Sitting out on the balcony to unwind during the day or night was a highlight for me. The included parking in the attached parking garage is extremely convenient and a huge plus! It makes the stay that much easier. The condo is beautiful, clean, and everything you would need for a trip in the downtown of the city. Tia provided clear and helpful instructions for arrival, check in, and check out. Tia was very responsive and kind throughout the whole stay. I would definitely love to stay here again if ever back in the city :) would definitely recommend this space. Thank you Tia & Tim!

Wonderful stay at Francis' quiet, clean, and very comfortable apartment. Excellent communication all along, making the visit stress-free. Good location, with everything (Polo Park, The Forks, U of Manitoba) not more than 10 minutes away by car. Restaurants, groceries, etc within short walking distance. Would stay again, thank you, Francis!

I love Winnipeg because of Donovan’s place. When we arrived Winnipeg airport for the first time, we knew that we landed on the moon. I was worried about the -18’C on March, but as soon as we entered Donovan’s place, it cleared all worries in the world. The place is huge, well protected, and very warm! Outside cold wind turned into fresh crisp air! Everyone in Winnipeg was indeed “Friendly “. Every building that we entered was so warm. Great place, friendly people, I love Winnipeg.! Thank you Donovan! Worth every dollar! Recommend for all!
