Lovely quirky cottage with spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen. Very well equipped and we found the beds extremely comfortable. Had a very relaxed one night stay. Great that the check out time was 12pm, much appreciated. Many thanks.

Had a lovely stay at Paul's place. It has everything needed, very comfortable bed in a quiet area. Very conveniently located close to the station, great restaurants and the Waitrose. Paul and his wife were very accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend and will return.

The property is central with restaurants, pubs, shops and the riverside on your doorstep. We had a girls weekend in Guildford and it was a perfect location to stay. The property is modern, clean and comfortable. Poppy is an outstanding host and will look after your every need.

It is a superb place to stay. You can feel Annie is a caring, thoughtful host - everything is considered i.e. there's a good iron and ironing board, there are detailed instructions to connect your phone to the speakers...there were a few essentials i.e. dishwasher tablets. You really feel cared for and we were very grateful. The barn is very comfortable, in beautiful, secure surrounds. We had time during the day to 'hang out at the barn' and we loved playing tennis (with the supplied very good quality tennis rackets), had a BBQ and pulled out the chess set and reading the newspapers on the sun-loungers. We felt very comfortable. We high recommend it and will definitely want to stay when we're next in the area. We had supper one evening at a local pub recommended by our host and it was superb too. 10 out of 10 in all regards. A huge thank you.

Perfect place to stay in lovely peaceful surroundings, lovely walks into the village with a couple of pubs, Toby and Maddy were super helpful and friendly and made us feel at home, Coach House was presented very well and exactly as described, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

we have a short stay in this house, because of we have a family trip to lego land, and i found that the house is nearby the lego land and it seem a beautiful house, so i decided rent it for the family trip. The House is cozy and tidy, the host have well prepared for us. Thank you so much.

Just back from a lovely stay in Old Windsor. The accommodation was beautiful, and looked after by the lovely and helpful Lucy. Windsor & Datchet are a 30 minute walk or 2 minutes in the Car or bus. Slough is 10 minutes away and a great train service which gets you into London within 15 mins. Casa by Grace is a beautiful home and immaculate inside, couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Carina's property. Carina was very proactive in making sure we had all info needed to arrive stress free and have a good stay. Surrounding areas are as peaceful as it is beautiful.

What a truly beautiful stay. The cottage was so clean , bright, everything you needed, plenty of places to go and things to do leaflets. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . You are surrounded in nature and wildlife , its so peaceful and the Red Kite feeding was absolutely out of this world The garden and woodland is fantastic , there is so much to see as you walk around . There is a beautiful terrace to sit and look at the views and watch the birds . Outstanding. Marley and his Grandad Fred are wonderful and so very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so amazing .

A little gem of a place! Don't let the exterior fool you! It's homely, peaceful and just a home from home once you are through the door with a cuppa in hand and slumped on the sofa! I could of hapilt stayed for weeks! The flat is within walking distance to Battersea Park (5 minute walk) and Chelsea (15-20 minute walk) which was perfect for my solo trip to see Chelsea in bloom. There are some great free parking spots local to the flat which is great if you plan on coming by car! The area felt safe and welcoming and I had no issues walking to and from the flat even quite late at night. The bus stop is round the corner and takes you to all the great spots in central London! The highlights from my stay were being welcomed by a beautiful bottle of red wine, the amazing shower that I struggled to get out of as it was just so relaxing and the ambience of busy London in the background whilst I read my book next to the fire wrapped in a blanket! I will definitely be back!

I stayed at this property for two nights with 3 friends for a commercial filming project for my beauty brand. The pool area is a fabulous filming spot, the pool is heated so can be used from morning to night. We made use of the tennis courts, which was great fun and we loved listening to the noises from the duck pond. The barn all amenities and lots of games available to play too when chilling late at night. Great all round fabulous stay.

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

Great last minute night away from London. We took three children and the dog and had a great time. The hosts had great comms and were accommodating of an earlier check in. The kids enjoyed the garden and pond area, local village co op shop had all the essentials we needed for the stay. Nice local pubs!

My wife and I have tried many Airbnb's in the Henley on Thames area and this is the best by far. Not only is the facility outstandingly beautiful and quiet but Fiona's attention to every detail of comfort plus her genuine concern with ensuring one's stay is completely satisfactory are rare treasures these days.

Really responsive host! The house was exactly like the pictures. A few house-hold things weren’t there (kitchen towels etc) but you can bring them from home or pick them up from the shop. The pool was never ‘warm’ but didn’t deter from the stay at all!

Despite my stay being unexpectedly extended by a few weeks !! I had everything I could need & my stay was comfortable, relaxing & enjoyable throughout. Thank you Zuzana & David :)))

I really enjoyed my stay. Ann had thought of everything I might need. The studio was very quiet and peaceful and I looked forward to getting back to it after a full day of visiting so I could relax in the quiet and cosy environment. Perfect for my dog too with his own garden to potter round. Thank you Ann for a lovely 4 days.

Our entire experience at Victorian Lodge was wonderful from check in to check out. Hamish was a fantastic host. There wasn’t anything that was too much trouble. Our cozy family Christmas was further enhanced by the beautiful tree and decorations that Hamish and Susie had put up. The welcome hamper was an unexpected surprise. The cottage is exactly as described, maybe even better! If we were to return to the Windsor area, we would absolutely book with Susie and Hamish again!

Set in beautiful surroundings and ideal for our dogs, we highly recommend the "Faunhouse". Kate struck a great balance between a friendly approach and allowing our privacy. Next time in Surrey area we hope to find this place available!

We had a wonderful long w/e stay at The Dairy whilst attending our sons wedding, the accommodation was extremely comfortable and well equipped, as the weather was warm and sunny we certainly made the most of the garden, eating out and grandchildren running about. There is a great, easy walk through the fields to a good pub on the river and the village of Elstead. Beth was incredibly kind and helpful, even sorted out a few of our wedding preparation problems - we thoroughly recommend The Dairy.

As always a great stay and lovely apartment very specious and well equipped will stay again soon

Jenny was an amazing host, greeted us on arrival and gave a brief but informative run down. The surroundings and location is beautiful, felt right at home and at one with the peaceful natural surroundings, watching the ducks, dragonflies and various species of birds by the stream you can lookout the doors from the living room was amazing. Local pub requires booking if you want food but is only a 5minute walk. Beautiful nature trails on the doorstep. Reading 20minute drive Pangbourne 10minute drive, would advise going to the swan pub. Overall we loved our stay and would love to return, really good value for money for what you get and a high end finish

We had a wonderful weekend. The house is fabulous,it had every amenity you could think of. The kitchen was fully equipped. large lounge/ dining room plenty of space and beautifully decorated. Close enough to walk into the village but very peaceful. I highly recommend staying here.
