Holiday rentals with a patio in Windsor Hills, Four Corners

Cannot recommend this accom enough! We absolutely loved our stay. It was spacious, beautiful and new. We loved having a washing machine and dryer. The amenities were fantastic. We used the pool so many times, it was big and had lots of lounges, chairs, tables, bbq area and hammocks. We also used the gym which had plenty of equipment. It was the perfect place to have a few rest days on our trip as you felt so comfortable in the space. Kimone was super helpful. We had a little trouble with the lock app as we don't have a local number but she easily let us in so that was no worries. She also helped us with finding a post office and some extra info. She always answered very promptly and was very friendly. Although we didn't make use of it there were lots of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance and a supermarket. If we do ever find ourselves back in Orlando we would 100% stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay for our first time in Florida. Clean cozy, lots of amenities and definitely worth the price! Centrally located so it wasn't too far away from food and shopping!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!!! The unit was perfect! It had everything that we needed for our 4 night stay and the kitchen allowed us to eat many of our meals in. The location was very convenient for our visits to the Disney parks and trips to Wal-Mart for groceries, etc. Kay was extremely responsive to messages and very easy to work with. We would for sure stay here again, and definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay in the Kissimmee area!!! A much better value than any of the hotels we considered! Thank you Kay!!!

We stayed at Cami’s place during a trip to Disney, and it worked well for our family of three. The unit is in a quiet, gated complex that felt very safe. Our daughter especially loved the pool! The location was great—about a 20–25 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Cami was responsive and accommodating, especially with our (unplanned) late arrival, which we really appreciated. There were just a couple of things that felt a bit misleading from the listing. It mentioned two queen beds, but they were actually full-sized. Also, the listing stated that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but if there was, it appeared to be behind a locked door and not accessible to us. This was a bit disappointing since in-unit laundry is something we typically look for, but we managed fine without it. We just wanted to note this in case it’s important for other guests too. That said, we overall had a lovely stay and would recommend it for a Disney trip.

Truly a home away from home. Great vibes. Clean. Comfortable. My daughter absolutely loved it and wants to go back! Will be definitely booking again. Close to Disney World and Wal-Mart for groceries.

Fantastic home - would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a villa close to Disney and Universal. The dream location but honestly the villa itself was perfect! It has everything we need and is far superior to a similar villa we stayed in locally a few years ago. It really was a bargain. Thanks again to Yudy and the team.

What an incredible stay in Arlene’s pristine home! Arlene truly went above and beyond, we cannot begin to express how grateful we are for her kindness and her beautiful home. We initially booked a nightmare Airbnb. Our two asthmatic kiddos began to feel unwell and when I reached out to Arlene to see if her home was available, she expedited the booking and allowed us to go there immediately. She truly saved us! The house is so clean, exactly as pictured, and beautifully decorated. The beds are incredibly comfortable with fans in every room. The furniture, including patio, is cozy and wonderful to relax upon. There are plenty of fluffy towels and a surplus of pool towels. The kitchen is well appointed and had all of the quality supplies needed. The themed rooms were gorgeous, the pool was amazing, and the game room was just awesome. We also had a blast in the community pool area that had great food and awesome water slides. This stay felt like home. You can book this one with confidence!

This location is PERFECT! Close to Disney, outlets and tons of restaurants! Vanessa’s home was very accommodating for a visit with our baby. The pool and hot tub were perfect on days where we just wanted to relax. The home is certainly themed, with a little room for updates. Our flight was delayed many hours and Vanessa allowed us to stay much later. She was super responsive prior to our trip and throughout. Will definitely be back!

Tim and Angie, Airbnb was wonderful and very comforting. The kids and I had a great time! My daughter absolutely loved the Stitch-themed room, and both kids really enjoyed the mini water area. We definitely plan to come back. Tim and Angie were very responsive and accommodating. You absolutely deserve a five-star rating!

We really enjoyed our stay and the kids had tons of fun. Not usual that you find a place with a clean pool and highly maintained and heated with no fuss of cost or advanced requests. The location is amazing. We used our scooters to move around and the area is very safe. The game room was a great time spent with our kids. It was very clean too. But most of all Mat and Katelyn were super hosts. Very proactive and helpful and very informative. They send you everything in details to avoid confusion. Just make sure you give them heads up if you are traveling with a trailer or large vehicles so they can get necessary approvals prior your arrival. It makes checking in much smoother. Even though it was last minute, they were really supportive and took necessary action to help us check through Windsor Hills gates. Amazing experience! Definitely recommend. Thanks Mat and Katelyn!!

My family and I had a great weekend the place was amazing we enjoyed it a lot.

Jim e Jessica foram excelentes anfitriões, sempre atentos com nossas solicitações e rápidos nas soluções. Check-in fácil de fazer. Condomínio possui ótima estrutura com piscina, bar e quadras poliesportiva. Eu e minha família nos sentimos em casa, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Com certeza voltaremos a essa propriedade e indicaremos aos nossos amigos. Passamos 19 dias maravilhosos nessa propriedade e recomendo a todos que fiquem nela hospedado. My stay was wonderful. Location is perfect for Disney and other things Orlando has to offer. Great pool and water slides for the kids. Hosts have almost anything you could think of at your disposal, from pack and plays, to cooler bags, and any dishware you could want. Additionally they have maybe the most robust welcome book that answers any question you could have. If you have kids and are taking them to Disney or Orlando, book this spot, you won't be disappointed!

We had a great time and had more than enough space. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the arcade in their room. When they FaceTimed their cousins, they thought we were at a Disney resort! Location was so convenient to all Disney parks. We had everything we needed.

Me and my family had a great experience with Fonti. Beautiful place and lots to do around the area. I will absolutely be staying again with my family on our next trip to Florida!

Very safe community I feel protected at all time security at the gate very secure n friendly had a fantastic time the only thing was I we didn’t have clean supplies like a mop , clean wipes to clean after ourselves. Paper towels are not enough. Other than that We had a great time building was very close by the pool great for the kids
