My wife and I had an amazing stay at Carmen's place. The cleanliness and the accommodations were best than an hotel. Plenty parking spaces next to the accommodation. Next time I go to Vegas, I hope I can stay there again.

Our stay with Christine was lovely -- the space looked exactly like the images, and was clean and organized when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and the extra linens, blankets, and pillows made our time at Loft 215 very comfortable. The space was a great space to come back to after a day out exploring! Plus, Christine was also very clear and prompt with all communications, making the check-in and check-out process easy.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend with my mom and a couple girlfriends, and we had the best time! The location is great—super easy to get Uber Eats and rideshare drop-offs (just make sure to tell them which tower you’re in). Check-in was smooth and quick, no hiccups. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The bathroom setup is gorgeous—huge plus. Even though it’s not on a high floor, the view was still nice, and honestly, it was super convenient not waiting long for elevators. The fact that there were no daily resort fees saved us a ton, especially compared to booking directly through MGM. I never was an Airbnb person for Vegas. I always wanted to be on the strip, etc., especially in college, but this was awesome because I had the space of my apartment or bigger without the extra fees and a kitchen so I’m definitely going to do it again because it’s still on the strip and part of the MGM! Would 100% stay here again

Very quiet and great spot! Nothing was longer than a 15 min ride uber/Lyft and stores are in walking distance. Really cozy and the air conditioning worked great! Will definitely book again!

I've stayed here before. Alexander is really good people. I needed a late checkout because it was 100+ degrees and I couldn't take my two little pups with me like I usually do. Alexander was able to accommodate my request and I will always remember and appreciate that. The air conditioning works great even in 100+ degrees too! Safe area for women traveling alone with less than fierce 12 pound dogs, and I would definitely stay here again. Angie

Hunters place was amazing, he was super helpful and responsive. The apartment was very nice and luxurious, plenty of space. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated and exactly what we needed and wanted. It truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming and comfortable. Place was great and had everything we needed. Even had the things we didn’t think we’d need. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. There was plenty of parking inside the complex. Only real complaint I had was with wreck it Ralph, upstairs. If you’re a light sleeper and there is someone heavy footed upstairs, you can hear EVERYTHING. Otherwise a great location for what we needed. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Really close to the strip but just far enough to not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of being in the heart of it. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a great experience staying for two weeks at Comely's lovely apartment. She had everything you could possibly want or need available - bottled water, tea, cleaning supplies, cooking necessities, even candles and air fresheners - at the ready. She answered my questions quickly and helped me get settled in once I arrived. The bed was comfy and so was the living room. I felt right at home. Others have mentioned the air conditioning noise - and it is unusually loud when it flips on. You need air conditioning in Las Vegas! But that was a very minor issue and certainly would not deter me from booking this lovely place again on my next trip to the area. Thank you, Comely!!

A great well furnished and equipped space in a secure gated area in close proximity to the strip. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to make a meal and the space was homey, comfortable and clean.

This place was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I felt safe in the area. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities listed. Mayra was also very kind and responsive to my questions. She responds relatively quick. I would definitely stay again

Super clean, great kitchen, view of the sphere but far from actual MGM location — I went for a conference and was located at the complete opposite side. Otherwise felt at home! Also non smoking unit which was nice :)

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!
