Cottage holiday rentals in Winchcombe

Riverside Cottage was perfect for a restful week away before my operation. The scenery was stunning and the location so peaceful. The dogs were happy as they could could come and go as they pleased as the garden was so secure. Everything you need for a break away was supplied and the host was a message away if you had any queries. The hottub was an added bonus and was made the most of throughout the week!! A most enjoyable break, we will definitely be back

This is a beautiful property within easy reach of Upton upon Severn. The house is located in a quiet spot down a lane and has countryside views. It is tastefully decorated and is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a self catering stay. We loved the beautiful garden and patio areas and made good use of the pizza oven and hot tub. The kitchen/dining area was a good size and there was more than enough cutlery, crockery and glasses to go around. There were even plastic ‘glasses’ to use around the hot tub. The lounge was very homely and comfortable with a great view of the surrounding countryside. Each of the bedrooms was spacious with plenty of storage. The bathrooms were well appointed and the large, fluffy bath sheets were much appreciated. Claudia was an amazing and friendly host who clearly wants her guests to enjoy their stay. She answered all my queries promptly. All of my family loved the property and we would happily return.

A fantastic place to stay. There was absolutely everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfy and the showers excellent. Simon was a great host - very helpful. The Hub next door was very handy - we enjoyed a cold pint once we’d arrived and even took home a cheesecake for later. The hot-tub was also a nice thing to have and was very private. I definitely recommend Simon’s place and would come here again.

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

Jamie & Dan are very fortunate to have this beautiful property. It is the ideal country location for escaping away and distancing yourself from our increasingly busy lives. The gardens around the property are stunning, the views are incredible and the local area is amazing to explore on foot, bike or by car. We had an amazing stay and would happily return, and have already started to recommend to friends & family

Beautiful home and very hospitable hosts!

This place is so lovely! Host Meng was so kind, even putting some beautiful flowers in the cottage for my birthday ❤️ the view is spectacular, it's one of the most peaceful places I've been. Hot tub is great fun, the kitchen has got everything you need including washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The bed was comfy, plug sockets everywhere you'd want them and usb sockets. It was great to see how dog friendly the place is with throws for the couch, fenced garden and fixed stairs gates. I highly advise popping into Jolter Press Cider bar/shop and getting some food from the local Chinese takeaway. Also a walk to St Anthony's Well, there's some step incline/declines on the walk there but it's beautiful and you have to take a dip! We also went to the Three Choirs Vineyard that was beautiful and good fun too. I would definitely come back and I think it would be equally beautiful in any season, our summer trip was fantastic but I'd love to see it in autumn or winter too.

What a wonderful time we had on our honeymoon. Sarah was an incredible host and we had such a warm welcome. Once checked in Sarah was available via text but left us to enjoy our time. The house was really clean and beautifully decorated, it has everything we needed and we were able to cook in the lovely kitchen. There was lots to do around the area including national trusts and plenty of dog walks. The garden and hot tub were bliss and we really felt as though we were on a luxury break. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and very comfortable, and the brightness in the front room and kitchen was so beautiful. We would absolutely return and loved meeting Sarah, would highly recommend this air b&b. It was perfect in every way!

Willow Cottage was the perfect place for a weekend getaway to explore the Cotswolds. The bedroom was very bright and spacious and the lounge was the perfect place to have a cosy evening after a long day. Such peaceful surroundings, we couldn’t hear a thing when going to sleep! We didn’t end up taking our dogs in the end but the cottage is very dog friendly and even had a dog shower outside which was a lovely touch. Jo was a very friendly host and check-in was extremely easy! Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Hope Cottage is amazing. The location is wonderful, the house itself has everything you need and makes you feel like you're staying in a proper British cottage. Sarah is an amazing host: she answered any questions I had very quickly and was just in general very kind. One thing to note: the house isn't built for tall people. I'm 181 cm tall (about 5'11) and I had to bend down a bit whilst going through doorways or using the shower. It didn't really bother me, but it's just something to be aware of. Whether you want a quiet retreat or a homebase to explore the area, this is an amazing place to do so!

A beautiful hidden gem in the Cotswolds countryside! You can get more peaceful and relaxing than this! A lovely cake on arrival, clean fresh bedding and towels. Everything you need in the kitchen. A lovely little courtyard and dog friendly. We had an amazing 2 night stay for my birthday. Finding the games, Scrabble and connect four gave us a few giggles. Lovely walks around the area... I highly recommend this beautiful converted barn / mill house. It has everything you need from toiletries to blankets and fans if it's hot to logs if it's cold. We would be back in a heartbeat 💓 thank you Valerie & Marcus!

Kevin was a terrific host. The gardens of the house were excellent and made for a relaxing stay. The house was very charming and we enjoyed cooking for each other and playing games.

If Amber Cottage is available for your dates do not hesitate and book quickly you will not regret it. Nicala and Steve are exceptional hosts and their adorable cottage is just perfect, from location to the cottage itself everything is 5 star. The walk into the centre of Stow on the Wold is less than 5 minutes if you don’t get distracted. The cottage is very easy to find with the hosts very clear instructions and photos. The cottage itself is spotlessly clean and so comfortable not to mention quiet and private. Perfect base to discover the beautiful Cotswolds and these Australians really hope to come back one day. We loved our home for the week. It proved to be an ideal base to see the Cotswolds. There were shops a couple of miles away and we weren’t far from supermarkets in Evesham. The kitchen was well fitted, we Wanted for nothing. We will definitely recommend this venue to anyone wanting to visit the Cotswolds.

Bucket list location, the Cotswolds was a dream to visit. Jill’s cottage made the stay even more special. We had plenty of room for 3 adults with a fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable surroundings. Especially nice was the washer and dryer after traveling for so many days. Parking was available and getting around the towns was easy with Jill’s many suggestions. Highly recommend Old Butchers restaurant! (Reservations required). I would highly recommend Jill’s cottage anytime. Special thanks again to Jill for her warm hospitality.

We loved our 3 day stay here!! The area is beautiful as is the house. Quiet with lovely neighbors. We were able to enjoy a few glasses of wine and sun on the wonderful patio. Comfy evenings in the living room and great beds in both bedrooms. Easy walking to shopping, restaurants and pubs! Highly recommend this Airbnb ❤️

Our stay at Victoria’s cottage was one that we will reminisce about for a long time - hopefully we will be back soon and will stay much longer! We were so comfortable and felt very much at home, with a dream king bed and beautiful art and textiles decorating the home. Wotton-Under-Edge is a scenic 20-minute walk away for all amenities. Truly a restful Cotswolds experience surrounded by farms and nature.

Great location for local amenities. Wonderful place to stay. Although we didn't cook any meals everything was available if we needed to. Hospitality was above and beyond all we expected.

Had the most lovely stay. Such a special place and village. We met many kind people, ate incredible food, and enjoyed every minute soaking up the scenery. Anne couldn’t have been more kind and considerate. Would recommend the bakery to anyone!

A fabulous place for two in the Cotswolds! Amazing view, superb gardens, clean and comfy house… plus lots of lovely places to walk and cycle with friendly pubs in the area. We had a very lovely, relaxing and adventurous time! The hosts were very friendly and made us welcome!

This place is beautifull. It’s Really like the pictures. I have to say it was deeper in the land that I thought but it’s 10 minutes from a beautifull town. For me it was perfect. It’s very calm, there’s dogs, horses, Pamela is very amazing. She answered quickly for restaurant recommandations. I would have like to stay longer to talk to Pamela longer cause they were so friendly. Recommend for a calm getaway from town.

Had a wonderful stay here, couldn’t have asked for better. Just two things, there was no kindling supplied when it said there would be and maybe more toilet roll supplied, we were two people for a week and we ran out, so a family of 4 probably wouldn’t last, apart from that, views for days! A beautiful cottage and exactly what we wanted xx
