Very nice and functional apartment. Very quiet. The sofa bed is easy to use. Tea and coffee bags are a nice touch. Katy's welcome is very good.

We stayed in this accommodation for a family weekend, and everything went perfectly. The apartment is very well laid out, clean, functional and tastefully decorated. The bedding is of high quality, which has largely contributed to our comfort. We immediately feel good there. A big thank you to Annie for her warm welcome, availability and good humor. It was as if we were arriving at a small oasis in the middle of our agitated world. The house was even more beautiful than described and we were struck by the cleanliness of the place. In principle, it is not even necessary to leave the estate, as everything is planned to keep you entertained. The neighborhood and Ardre around the lake were also very idyllic to visit (everything is within walking distance). Véronique is a fantastic host, involved in your vacation weeks ahead. She had decorated the house with birthday garlands for our 60s, and prepared a fresh quiche as well as cookies. In short, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Olivier, you have a beautiful property with amazing views across the beach. Your house is pleasantly decorated, very clean and well equipped with everything from kitchenware to bicycles. The place is perfect for a family stay, we had a great time there. The bedrooms are well distributed, the bathrooms and toilets are enough for everyone. The living room, dining room is just GREAT, there is a "WOW" effect when you climb the stairs and arrive in this room, you are almost on the beach, without facing passersby. The garage transformed into a large hall with a water point to rinse off is well thought out. Finally the garden is a real plus, we were able to take the opportunity to make a barbecue. We'll be happy to go back.

We loved our stay very much! The house was beautiful, spacious and brand new – we immediately felt at ease. Everything we needed was present. The decor was stylish and atmospheric. It was also wonderful to stay in the garden and enjoy the peace and quiet. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort and relaxation. We had a very nice weekend with the whole family!

We had a great stay. Everything was perfect: the welcome of the hosts, the accommodation very well equipped and large enough for 3 couples, the quiet and relaxing environment. We were also able to enjoy the spa and sauna in a dedicated room. We'll be happy to go back!

We only spent one night but it was amazing! The bedding is of exceptional quality without exaggeration. There are so many small touches from Cindy such as the blankets available, the tea/coffee, toiletries, slippers and more. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Accommodation as described - quiet environment and Le Touquet is a beautiful seaside resort - the accommodation is well equipped - the host is very responsive and the instructions clear - the swimming pool of the residence brings a nice plus value to the property - very pleasant stay but too short -

We had a great time. View from the apartment, magnificent. Peaceful, refreshing and relaxing environment. There are many places to discover... Restaurant and grocery store next to the apartment, which is convenient... We will come back because we still have places to discover...

Anne was a very friendly host and with the concern of really wanting to do well. The apartment on the ground floor on the street is nevertheless very well done and relatively quiet. The equipment is all very well maintained.

Very happy stay! Small downside on the Velux blackout blinds that do not go down to the bottom. Very nice apartment, clean, close to the city center, the sea, shops. Everything is done on foot, even several playgrounds for children or walks. Simple and fast communication with Margaux. Perfect

The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the city. The associated parking space is ideal. Quiet residential area. We received good tips for excursions.

Our stay was very pleasant. The beach is a stone's throw away. We forget about the car for the duration of the rental. Laetitia is a very nice and attentive host. I recommend it.
