“I would like to get a couple things out of the way. But I recommend you continuing to read on after them. The first thing is this place can get noisy. It's in a building with individual units that are not all managed by Dan. That means there ,may be folks renting the unit above you or to the side of you and you definitely can hear the noises being made by the other guests -- particularly the upstairs unit. In fact, I'm pretty sure the dining room table is immediately above the bedroom. Also, because you don't know who's renting, you may run into a case where the renters will illegally bring in their dog and it may even bark at 5 a.m. Yes it happened to us. The second thing is the back side of the building has a playground a bit in the distance so you will hear children at play. So if solitude is what you are looking for, this may not be your place. We thought we were one of those people. Now let me tell you why we didn't care after a week's stay. The location of this place is awesome. You're in striking distance of downtown Jackson, Teton Village -- either by car or bike -- and within walking distance of the market and a coffee shop. The Moose-Wilson Road is the real deal and aptly named. We were treated to moose perusing the grounds twice in a week. The layout and open floor plan is fantastic. It's so easy to prepare meals, sit on the sofa and watch TV (what??) or stare out into the mountains, sneak off into the adjacent bedroom, or access the bathroom from any room. Both my wife and I found it very easy to stay here. We are both bike riders and access the wonderful Jackson paved trails are within minutes. Plus it's super easy to store the bikes around back. Finally, there's so much going in and around Jackson Hole and the national parks, we weren't around very often to notice the noise. At night, most folks respect and adhere to the quiet hours. Finally, Dan took care of us. He had a renter over stay on a night we were scheduled to arrive and not only did he refund a night's stay, he put us in an upgraded unit for the night. I think it says a lot about how a property manager handles and resolves issues. He made our inconvenience pain free. Yes. We would stay here again. Easily.”
Comfortable yurt tucked in a small grove of Aspen trees. Yurt window overlooks a creek, Teton Valley, and Teton Mountain Range. Close access to Grand Targhee, Jackson Hole, Teton River, and Grand Teton national park.
“Beautiful yurt! It was very peaceful. It had a gorgeous view of the mountains and star gazing. The yurt was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend someone stay here on their way to the Grand Tetons. There’s also some really good restaurants in Victor which was only a 10 minute drive from the Yurt.”
Second floor studio with private entrance (through the garage) and private bath. New modern furnishings, plenty of natural light, and excellent mountain views. 55 inch TV with Blu-ray player and Netflix. Queen bed with Four Seasons mattress and sofa bed.
“We stayed in the Farmhouse studio. It was immaculately clean (looked like we were the first visitors!) with special touches we enjoyed (including fresh flowers). Although there is no kitchen, you have a shared mini-fridge and microwave, and full-size w/d. If you are looking for gorgeous scenery, peaceful, wide-open spaces with easy access to Victor, Driggs and only a short 40-minute drive to Jackson Hole (in summer), the Teton Valley is definitely one of the best, last great undiscovered places to visit. The sunrise over the Tetons was breathtaking.”
