Very friendly host, but difficult to communicate due to the language barrier. A clear email in advance, which allows you to enter immediately upon arrival. Spacious garage where you can put your car dry and let your ski stuff dry. The house is dated, but that was already visible in the pictures. Still, everything was clean! The beds are comfortable and clean. The kitchen also has everything you need: stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee and tea. For the kids, there were games and a playsyation. Behind the house is a lawn where the dog could sniff. There is not much to do within walking distance, but it is about 20 minutes drive from the ski slopes of Winterberg. In summary, it is a nice, spacious, somewhat dated, clean house with plenty of space inside and outside. Friendly hosts and good location to relax.

We were warmly welcomed and felt really comfortable right away! The hot tub and sauna have contributed to absolute relaxation in a fantastic environment. Definitely book the hot tub and use the sauna. The grill Kota was also a real highlight during our stay. We used it with friends to sit there comfortably together and barbeque almost pure into my husband's birthday. I definitely recommend taking the alpaca hike when staying at the villa. What can I say, it was just beautiful and, whether old or young, was so much fun for everyone! It was a perfect extended weekend!

We were already in the accommodation a year ago. Nothing has changed our impression: Great apartment with a lot of comfort, the surroundings are fantastic. Ilona was again a very good and pleasant hostess. Furthermore, an absolute recommendation!

The Stranzenburg is a super cool and extraordinary location. In addition to the flair of the 15th-18th century, a neighboring property with a bathing pond, charcoal grill, etc. is also available. We were here with a group of friends and were able to spend an exciting weekend; our crime thriller dinner planned for the holiday also found the perfect location as a setting! Ursula was always very easy to reach as a landlady and is also a great contact person. The cake that Ursula baked and prepared for the handover of the AirBnB was also super delicious. We can therefore recommend the accommodation to anyone who is looking for something unusual and wants to experience a special flair of the accommodation :-)

Our stay on New Year's Eve was great. We were over 20 people and were able to make good use of the various advantages of the accommodation. We were particularly impressed by the large living room and the master bedroom. Communication with Sascha was also great, he quickly answered the problems that arose (sauna did not get hot and Wi-Fi failed) and gave us the solutions. The only downside was that on the last night there was no more hot water and only two showers were available. Otherwise, the house is great for all groups who want to celebrate for a few nights.

We were in this beautiful holiday home for an extended weekend with 13 people. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and above all the children were super happy and could play in the beautiful garden with the toys. The Bach was a particular highlight. We will be happy to come back.

The house was as described. The communication in advance was great, we already knew exactly what to expect. Check-in went smoothly. The play barn and game room were also very appealing for us. In the area you could do a lot of business, also here there was information in advance. Lots of options for sitting outside. In short, we felt comfortable at the place and can recommend it.

For the second time we had a very pleasant stay at this nice, spacious house. The weather was not great, but we enjoyed ourselves because of the sauna, the garden – where you can also sit when it rains - and of course all the animals. We loved to walk in the woods nearby. You can really unwind in Rüscheid! Koblenz is nearby and a lovely city to visit.

The beds are extremely comfortable and equipped with first-class cotton bed linen. The design is simple, appealing and functional. Communication with the host is characterized by a high level of friendliness, speed and information density. He is able to resolve concerns immediately and take care of the guests. We will be back for sure.

A really cozy, beautifully furnished cottage, beautifully located and everything sparkling clean ✨👌🏼 Right outside the door, you can take a wonderful walk or enjoy the tranquility of the garden. We felt very comfortable!

We had a wonderful break from everyday life and were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest. The garden is lovingly designed and excellently equipped – even in bad weather we could comfortably stay outside and, for example, play a round of darts, which was a lot of fun. We really lacked nothing. The kitchen equipment is particularly noteworthy - everything has been thought of here. The induction stove is ingenious, so cooking almost became a highlight. The accommodation was very well maintained, cozy and with many small details that made the stay particularly pleasant. We would love to come back anytime and just love it!

We had our family reunion with 6 people and 2 dogs in this beautiful house. The house is perfectly divided. The kitchen and living room are very nice and large and super suitable for cooking, eating and spending time together. The garden is beautifully landscaped, completely fenced, which was a dream for our dogs. If the weather had been a little nicer, we would certainly have sat on the beautiful terrace more often. A charcoal grill is also available, which we used once despite the weather. The cleanliness in this house was outstanding. TOP !!! Location and surroundings quiet and beautiful. Many excursion possibilities. Georg is a super nice and attentive host, was always available and answered every question immediately. We would book the house again anytime. We spent some nice days at Klaus's place in Selkentrop. The accommodation is newly renovated, totally cozy, clean and is very quiet and close to nature – ideal for a small break with children. Especially great: the private playground right by the house. Everything was well equipped and child friendly (high chair, fall-out protection by the bed). Otherwise, everything was great and Klaus, who lives on the property with his family, was very friendly and easily accessible.

Smooth and clear communication, friendly reception by the host. The house was really great for staying with a few friends in a quiet area. The corresponding garage is a nice addition for storing our motorcycles, we could easily store 5 motorcycles here. Recommended!

My little daughter and I enjoyed this little adventure in the idyllic place very much - everything has been furnished with great attention to detail and is very clean. For the hot days, there was even air conditioning on site. Thank you for the beautiful memories we were able to build in the circus wagon and all that goes with it.

Very nice, top furnished chalet with attention to the details. We enjoyed the days here very much, great location overlooking the Sauerland. High-quality modern but still cozy furnishings, the sauna overlooking the mountains is the highlight. We will be happy to come back :)
