This private above-garage suite was very cute and cozy! We loved the fresh, clean decor, kitchenette, bathroom, super comfortable bed, and in-suite laundry. The home is located in a darling and private neighborhood and conveniently near freeway access. Savannah provided friendly and clear directions to make our stay easy and stress-free.

This place is nice, new, clean & comfortable! It is an apartment in a large complex. The bed was comfortable. Sapphire left nice snacks & a variety of k-cups. We had difficulty opening lock box to get in place. Another issue we tried to go to pool & were told the owner had to accompany us! That was a disappointment as it was hot with rain predicted later & that was going to be our entertainment for the day! Overall it was a good stay!

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Lisa's home. Honestly, with her was one of the best parts of my trip. Her home is peaceful, quiet, beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location walkable to downtown Franklin, Pinkerton Park, and the Factory. Lisa is warm, welcoming, and kind. She was so generous in welcoming me to use the rest of the house; I truly felt comfortable and welcome - like I was in a home away from home. Very beautiful home and spacious. Feels very comfy, lots of parking and close to a lot of restaurants as well as the freeway.

Loved our stay! Clean, super comfortable beds, wonderful location close to downtown Franklin! Cute little swing thing in the backyard for kids. Great kitchen if you are cooking. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Spacious, stylish, well kept home in a very quiet and beautiful Tennessee setting. Beds and furniture high quality and very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with quality appliances. Some small town hidden gems in immediate area, but the appeal is being remote but still within 40 min to Nashville. Nearby Franklin very nice as well. Mark the host very responsive. Pool is nice but make sure you understand motorized cover and expectations for care and use. More than enough room for our 3 families / 9 people total.

This place was better than expected! The backyard covered porch is where we spent most of our time and it was a dream! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a perfect location to venture to Nashville and Franklin. Karen was such a kind and helpful host!

Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed home! The house was clean, beautifully decorated and full of games to fill the downtime. Our hosts were super quick to respond with the few questions we had. We loved the community and the amenities and the location just off the highway and close to grocery.
