I cannot express how pleased we were with Indi's place! It felt like we were royalty with our own beautiful mansion. Each room was spacious with its own private bathroom. The whole house had a breeze that was instantly calming. We had relaxing mornings on the rooftop drinking coffee with the beautiful ocean view. We were close enough to the beach and restaurants to walk, but far enough away that we felt we were in our own private oasis. Indi was an amazing host. She has a warm personality that makes you feel like you've known her all your life. 100% will go back! Thank you for such an amazing vacation!

Since I was travelling alone it was way to big for me, but it was nice to have a little space. Everything you could wish for is there: fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, 3 bedrooms with aircon and quiet place to sit outside in the back of the building. Everything is clean, brand new and really beautifully done. ///// 2. Area: as a woman travelling alone I can highly recommend this place/area. I felt save at all times. I was running in the evening and probably ran through almost every tiny street without any concerns. You´ll find a local supermarket and everything else in city center in walking distance. ///// 3. Tips: If you don`t know anybody on the island, take a car. Inez can also help you with the rental. ///// There are europeen and US sockets, so don`t bother bringing a transition plug. ///// Be prepared for mosquitos ;) ________Deutsche Bewertung: Super Aufenthalt in Curaçao________///// 1. Wohnung: ich hatte eine super Zeit in Inez Wohnung. Für mich alleine war die Wohnung eigentlich viel zu riesig, aber es war auch schön ein bisschen mehr Platz zu haben. Die Wohnung hat alles was man sich zum Leben wünscht: voll ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes, neues Bad, drei Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und einen gemütlichen ruhigen Balkon auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes. Alles ist sauber, nagelneu und richtig schön gemacht. ///// 2.Gegend: die Wohnung liegt in Otrobanda. Als Frau allein unterwegs kann ich die Gegenden Otrobanda und Punda (was die gesamte Innenstadt ist) sehr empfehlen. Ich habe mich zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt und war in jeder noch so kleinen Strasse mit Kamera oder Joggenderweise unterwegs. Ein Supermarkt und alles andere in der Innenstadt sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. ///// 3. Tipps: sofern ihr dort nicht Freunde besucht, die euch rumführen: nehmt euch einen Leihwagen. Natürliche Strände gibt es zum Beispiel nur im Westen der Insel (30-60min Fahrt). Inez kann euch da auch weiterhelfen. ///// Das ganze Haus hat europäische und auch ein paar US Steckdosen. Lasst den Umstecker gleich zu Hause, das ist überall so. ///// Mückenspray und Stichversorgung einpacken. ;)

Villa Peace was divine, clean and safe. 4 individual pods with AC & bd/ba was convenient and private. Ground floor unit has indoor toilet/shower, FYI. 3rd floor living/kitchen area was scenic, breezy and well designed for group chats and cooking. Ground floor pool/bbq area and parking port was quaint and the backyard’s many visiting birds of Curaçao was resonant throughout the evening sky. Hot tub was fun, with built in Bluetooth speaker and colorful jets. Small island, so everything is driving distance to many beaches. Kokomo & Blue Bay/blauwbaai are popular but I recommend Westpunt’s Playa Jeremi and nearby Boka Sint Michiel for the quiet and horizon sunsets. Be friendly to locals. Note that construction noise is consistent nearby during business hours, as is expected as commune expands. Restaurant X on resort property has well cooked food with great staff. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was beautiful and cozy. We absolutely loved the jacuzzi and the pool, they made our trip extra relaxing. The location was perfect, close to all the places we wanted to visit. Sidney was an excellent host, very kind and attentive. Highly recommended!

Andre recommended a car rental service, restaurants and activities. All were very good. He met us at the unit to go over the amenities. For those concerned about utility charges, don't be. Four of us spent the week using common sense and there were no extra charges.

Wij hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in ons tijdelijke thuis ‘hidden ruby’. Toen we aankwamen waren we meteen onder de indruk van de prachtige omgeving en alle natuur om ons heen, vogeltjes, hagedissen, vlinders. Het was er echt idyllisch en ook erg privé, wat we heel erg fijn vonden. Eveline is heel lief en begaan en laat je lekker je eigen ding doen. Wij vonden het in ieder geval heel erg leuk om af en toe even te kletsen! Wij komen hier zeker ooit nog terug want we hebben ons echt thuis gevoeld! Masha danki!

We loved staying in Villa Baranca away from the bustle of the city yet accessible to most everywhere in <30-45 minutes. The house inside is charming. The infinity pool is fantastic. We used it every day, sometimes multiple times! It's a great place to relax, cool off or enjoy the night sky. Once connected, Lupita was a helpful house manager and quickly addressed a minor issue that arose. The island is clearly investing in development of the area. There was road construction underway on route in, though posed no problem. They are building a couple of small high rises(?) to the front left of the house, with some weekday construction noise-not bad. Stephanie noted the construction in the write up and shared a price discount given this. Looks like the ocean view to the right will remain open and beautiful. The end result may increase activity and options nearby. Snorkeling at the house beach/bay was nice. Great restaurants easily accessible by car. We'd be happy to return.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The villa was spacious and clean including all amenities. We appreciated the large outdoor space and pool.

Buiten dat deze accommodatie erg centraal gelegen is en je eigenlijk geen auto nodig hebt om zowel op het strand als de binnenstad te komen, voelde dit verblijf echt aan als een thuis. Magdy en de rest zijn super vriendelijk en begaan en het was altijd fijn thuiskomen. De kamer wordt elke dag schoongemaakt en is daardoor fris en geeft het je ruimte om helemaal tot rust te komen. Voor een zorgeloze vakantie moet je hier zijn en ik kom graag terug als ik weer in Curaçao ben.

Very nice condo with a great location in Blue Bay. Marianne was very helpful during the check-in and check-out process. Only small complaint would be the lack of AC in the main living area. It's not required often, but would have been nice some afternoons. Bedroom had AC unit which worked well. We would definitely stay here again.

What a gem! We loved our stay at Jan Kok Lodges! The place is even nicer than the photos! Terrific hosts, comfy bed, lovely grounds, secluded yet close to our favorite beaches. Would definitely.recommend!! Thank you so much Frederike!

Beautiful house and views in a great location. The house is as described. We loved opening everything up and letting the breeze flow through to keep us cool. The deck was a favorite place to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked to meet our cooking needs. The full-length awning that covers the end of the pool and deck is great at providing some shade, so we could hang out in the pool without being directly in the sun. Anita was very responsive, and a minor issue with the plumbing was quickly resolved. One minor complaint is that the lighting is not great if you need to do anything at night that requires a bit more light.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und uns wurde alles erklärt und gezeigt. Einmal in der Woche kam eine nette Firma zum putzen und einmal eine Dame die sich um dem Pool gekümmert hat. Alles sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können die Unterkunft auch auf Grund ihrer Lage gut weiterempfehlen. Man kommt sehr gut fußläufig zum Strand, zum Supermarkt und auch zum Bus, um andere Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Wir werden wieder kommen :)

First time visiting Curacao! We booked this villa based on the past reviews and we are so thankful that we did. The communication from the time we booked until we returned home was excellent! The Villa is very clean. Has an amazing outside area. Beautiful landscape. Not one issue for our 9 nights. We loved being at the villa in the evenings and cooked dinner almost every night. The grocery store is very close. Kitchen is fully stocked there were even multiple spices. I loved that there was a blender for drinks/frozen coffee. It’s hot even in the am🥵which I personally love. The bed was very comfortable along with the linens. The A/C worked great. The location of the villa to the parking area, pool and beach is perfect! Thank You again, Erica, Goord and Lucia for a wonderful stay.

I could not say enough nice things about this place! It was everything our family needed. It was four adults and a 3 year old and we had all the space we could ever need. Walkable to amazing restaurants! The beach and pool accessible just a few steps was a dream! Kitchen had everything you’d need. Already hoping to come back in the future 🙂

Playa Lagun is a special area and we can’t say enough about how perfect the location is for this place. The views from the porch are absolutely stunning. We had a few iguana and bird friends that greeted us each morning for a snack. The condo was well stocked and the grounds were beautiful. There are only a few restaurants and no grocery stores nearby so make sure you visit a grocery prior to making the drive. Lagun is so close to all of the great things about the island. Be sure to visit the nearby beaches, hiking, and caves.

Excelente estadía en la casa de donald, me permitió ingresar unas horas antes lo que me ayudò muchísimo. Respondió rápidamente a mis consultas cuando lo requerí. La casa es maravillosa, muy cómoda, estratégicamente ubicada cerca de todo, 20 minutos del centro, 20 minutos de playas como daiiboii, puerto Marie y cas Abao. La casa lo tiene todo. Utensilios para cocinar, los mejores electrodomésticos y hasta cosas de playas como heladerita, equipo de snorkel, flotadores, etc. Nos sentimos muy a gusto en la casa. También tiene una pileta de 15 x 3 aprox q le suma mucho. Nos preguntó a qué hora queríamos hacer el check out y nos permitió quedarnos unas horitas más. Gracias Donald por tu hospitalidad. Abrazos

Our family had an amazing stay at Niels’s place. The house was perfect and location made it easy for us to access Mambo Beach and all of the great options in that area. The pool within the resort itself that the home is part of was an added bonus for our small children. Niels was a great host and even helped to coordinate our rental car which made the week even better in allowing us to fully explore the island. Would definitely go back. Thanks Niels and team.
