The year-round house is located on Lake Tajta (on the trail of Great Masurian Lakes) in Wilkasy-Zalesa, 4 kilometers from Giżycko, which is called the sailing capital of Masuria. Located in the forest, 50 meters from the municipal beach and the port. We offer a nice, quiet and pleasant way to spend your free time in a comfortable and fully equipped residence with an area of 400 m² (living area of about 100 m²) with a large garden, a year-round Jacuzzi, a sunny terrace, garden furniture and a hammock, a barbecue and a parking lot.

It’s all about nature! This adorable wooden cottage is located on a little slice of lakeside wilderness. It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boat are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

Waterfront Paradise - lake, views, veranda (#2)

The former farm has been converted into a home for lovers of peace and nature. Located on a spacious plot with a fairytale view of your 'own' lake from the veranda. Fully equipped with -among others- a fire pit by the lake, a bbq, a lovely fireplace in the livingroom, a spacious kitchen, a good shower, wonderful beds and views to just dream away... The entire (fenced) plot is available to our guests, dogs are welcome. (The farm is split into two houses - possible to book together as one house.)

Masuria is a beautiful region of Poland where natural lakes surround us on all sides. For us, contact with the ubiquitous Masurian nature is especially important. That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

Agritourism - Karwik no.1 stop

Agritourism - Karwik Stop is a house located among Masurian meadows, lakes, and forests. The house consists of 3 parts - one is occupied by the owners, two (each with a separate entrance and a terrace) are intended for Guests. There is a green area and a meadow around the house, where there is a gazebo with a barbecue set, a separate fire pit, a wooden playground with a sandpit and trampoline, and a hammock and sun loungers for rest. W naszym Glampingu jest aneks kuchenny (wyposażony w niezbędne akcesoria), łazienka z prysznicem i toaletą. Oprócz chillowania na tarasie zapraszamy Was do naszej stodoły wyposażonej w rzutnik, gry planszowe, stół do ping-ponga. W sadzie jest ogólnodostępne jacuzzi, wiatka z grillem i piecem do pizzy.

We rent a newly built house in the Masurian village of Martiany near Kętrzyn (10 km) and Giżycko (20 km) on Lake Wersminia. There is a beautiful forest in the area, the distance to the nearest beach is 300m. A home perfect for two families or couples who want to relax in nature. It has a large terrace, a balcony with a beautiful view of the meadow, 2 bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a very well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
