The apartment is almost 55m2 and is located on the main side in a tower of the so-called 'Columbus Center'. It was completely renovated and furnished in the summer of 2010.

Located directly on the harbor, the apartment is quiet and yet right in the center of the city's cultural life. As a highlight, you look directly at the landmark of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge. Note: the apartment is being rented completely new, the interior may still change. My place is close to Bremen, Bremerhaven, Brake. Discounted VBN taxis can be ordered at fixed times. Downtown Bremen is about 30 minutes by car. Bremen Airport is about 40 minutes by car. Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

The small fine studio apartment is about 30 sqm and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with large awning over the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast can hardly be more beautiful. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person directly above the sofa bed, and the small pantry kitchen serves to prepare Frisian delicacies.
