Domicile for relaxation

My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

Escape from everyday life and enjoy a break in our charming 5-room apartment in the idyllic Wietzendorf, just a stone's throw from Soltau. Surrounded by a picturesque landscape, our lovingly furnished domicile offers the perfect retreat for families, friends and anyone looking for something special. Our apartment is equipped with all modern comforts, even in the outdoor area you need for a pleasant stay with your family.

Studio with private entrance

The town center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30 m²) with private entrance, double bed (1.40 m), single bed (0.90 m) and private bathroom. The dining area with fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. Please smoke in an extra "smoking lounge." In the neighborhood there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7 am and 4:30 pm.

A sunny single apartment with its own entrance and balcony. The apartment is self-sufficient from the rest of the house. Large daylight bathroom/shower. The apartment is ideal for a short stay, but has also proven itself for longer visits. There is a small so-called kitchenette available with the option of pulling out a table top to eat there (1 person). Microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge are available.

The house has one comfortable bedroom, each equipped with a double bed, allowing up to four people to stay comfortably. The cozy living room invites you to relax with its cozy furnishings.

Pure nature surrounds the beautiful, old manor house in which the cozy apartment is located on the 2nd floor. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed, 2 alcove beds (90 x 200 and 80 x 160 cm) are available, which are built into the sloping roof. On the park-like grounds, guests have their own area with garden furniture and a beach chair.

This 32 sqm apartment is located in the heart of Bergen. It is 25 km to Celle and Soltau. Shopping : Netto, Lidl, Aldi, e Center, Kaufland, bakery and butcher are within walking distance. I'd also like to hire fitters. This apartment is in the FRONT HOUSE and it is an old half-timbered house !
