Great pleace to rest during the trip!

We were allowed to spend a nice week in this unique accommodation and immediately felt very comfortable. The house is idyllically located on the edge of the forest, surrounded by nature, but still very well connected to the infrastructure and thus ideal starting point for hikes and exploring. A particularly beautiful view can be enjoyed from the terrace, which has been lovingly built on a hill and constantly invites you to enjoy peace and relaxation. The property is very comfortable, well equipped and offers everything to feel comfortable. We were welcomed warmly and provided with good tips for excursions and activities, communication went remarkably well and quickly, from minute 1 of booking. :) Paul and his mother are loving and committed hosts, always helpful and available. At this point, a big thank you to both for a nice relaxing time as well as the trust to have shared their idyllic treasure with us.

Stefan was a very nice host, responded promptly and personally welcomed us at the house. The place was spacious and well equipped for all our needs. The location is very nice and quiet with a pretty view of the mountains.

The place is very nice, especially the spa area and the sun terrace are a highlight!

This place was the perfect gateway! The property was stunning, the views are gorgeous and the amenities make you never want to leave. We could’ve stayed in that hot pot overlooking the valley for days. The home has everything you need, even a fountain that flows with fresh spring water (literally the best water I’ve ever drank). Lukasz was a great host and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. We even pulled up to the whole place covered in Christmas lights! We can not say enough great things about the home and our host!

We loved Waltraud’s place. Such a warm and inviting place. We received a warm welcome and helpful information. The apartment was super clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed her beautiful garden and the lovely woods within walking distance where we were able to take our puppy walking. Absolute perfect stay, and wonderful hosts. Five stars, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The accommodation was just as beautiful as in the pictures – very clean, stylishly furnished and perfectly equipped. I would especially like to highlight the hospitality of the owner - very friendly and took excellent care of everything. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

We (2 people plus dog) were in Dalibor's house for an extended weekend and enjoyed it to the fullest. The house itself has a great layout and the loving furnishings and the many small details for guests make you feel welcome, comfortable and at home. Dalibor even put a Prosecco on ice for us and preheated the outdoor hot tub. :) The garden was also designed with a lot of love. In addition to the fantastic view, it was also a paradise in the evening due to the flowers and the lighting. When we had a question, Dalibor was also immediately available and then immediately gave us tips for a hike. We were able to take beautiful walks with our dog through the adjacent forest. So it was a wonderful holiday for all of us and so close to Vienna (so you don't have to drive long). For us, it is clear that we definitely want to come back. Thanks again for everything, Dalibor. ❤️☺️

What a gem! We felt welcome and comfortable from the first minute. After a warm welcome, there was simply enjoyment in a secluded location surrounded by beautiful nature. All needs were taken care of: cooling off in the pond, hikes and road bike tours in the area, sports and fun for all ages outside, as well as indoors, great room layout, pleasant indoor climate even in high summer, top amenities and coziness in every room. In summary: A thoroughly thoughtful place with attention to the details for all seasons with nice, flexible, accommodating hosts. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice house with no direct neighbors close to the Semmering. Optimal for a few days enjoying the peace or hiking (were there in summer). We were 10 friends and that was no problem for the hosts either. So everything was explained to us well and the house checked again before our arrival. Also during check-in and check-out you were flexible. All around we were happy and it met our expectations :)

It was a very successful break in our holiday route and I will be happy to recommend this house to others. a very stylish house, with a soul, but very pleasantly decorated. was everything we needed. the neighborhood was also beautiful. it is a pity that we stayed for a day only because you could spend at least the whole weekend there. Mirijam recommended nearby cafes to start the day after a hard trip, and it was a shot at 10! She also knows where there are shops where you can go for breakfast. I also have to admit that she is a very nice person, because I had the opportunity to meet her at checkout. I recommend a place in 100proc.

The place is nicely located in the city center. Maybe the apartment was not brand new, but it has everything you need: kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin, very comfortable beds, garage. The hosts were amazingly helpful, they agreed for late check in but when our trip was delayed they welcomed us at 2 a.m. The surroundings are very nice. I had short walk in the center of Neunkirchen and I can say it looks very well maintained with some historical buildings. Worth to stay for more than 1 day.

Very nice contact via AirBnB. The landlord's parents live in the house under the apartment, gave us fresh strawberries and cherries every day, incredibly nice people. Apartment is very clean, has plenty of space and very homely. You can just feel like home.

The location of the house is a little difficult to find, I suggest posting a significant sign at the entrance of the house, the house is very clean and tidy, the surroundings are quiet, and it is convenient to the town. The house is fully equipped with all kinds of facilities.

Campfire, swimming in the icy Schwarza, climbing and mountaineering within reach, alpine beach nearby and everything can be reached free of charge with the call taxi and the mobility card, without starting your own car. We loved it.
