Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Wien

We had a great experience during the stay. This is an ideal option for large families who prefer a quiet and safe environment. The basement gets a bit chilly and dryer wasn’t working but overall a very helpful host and good property

My stay with Michael was wonderful. We gathered and wanted to grill. The house was very large and corresponded to the description. We were very pleased. Special thanks go to the caretaker - he even helped us with the barbecue. We didn't have enough coal, but he brought us wood and saved us. Thanks again for everything!

* Location: peaceful surrondings, private garden, huge park nearby, clean air * House: clean, well equipped, we felt right at home, quality & comfortable furnitures. The private garage was a big plus as well * Host: kind, helpful, quick to respond to messages * Overall: the best place I have stayed in Vienna so far. Highly recommended to all!

Home is in a quiet & peacefull location away from the city. Perfect if you have a vehicle to travel to a local carpark & use public transport into the city.

We were 6 people. The accommodation was very clean, as good as new and modern. In great weather, we could sit on the beautiful terrace. Murat was very nice and solved our problem without hesitation with the request to provide another parking space. Thank you for that ♥️

The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The upstairs study room was great for doing some work and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay in Vienna in this very nice house. The living room is spacious and welcoming, the sunny terrace with no neighbors opposite is perfect for relaxing, and the immediate proximity of the woods allows for magnificent walks – ideal when traveling with a dog! The house was very clean, well-equipped, and parking is easy. The bedding is comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was very responsive, always available by message, and attentive to the smooth running of our stay. Bonus: we found delicious organic honey right next door, and the Otto Wagner villa with its beautiful stained glass windows is only 5 minutes away by car. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the center of Vienna. A place we would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at Valbona’s Airbnb in Vienna! The apartment was perfect for our family—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and laundry. The location couldn’t have been better—right next to a lively market where we picked up fresh fruit, pastries, and even dinner a few nights. Our kids loved walking through the market, and we appreciated how easy it was to hop on public transport to explore the city. Valbona was a great host, very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for families visiting Vienna—we would definitely stay here again!

Really nice unit in a superb location…….. I wish I’d had more time to take advantage of the location, especially for swimming and boating. Recommended.

Pia's place was exactly what we wanted for our 10 day stay in Vienna. The apartment was just as advertised -- large, clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, in the heart of the inner city one block from the Opera House. We were able to check in early straight from the airport, which was incredibly helpful, and Pia was great at communication, responding to us quickly and fully. Hands down, this was the best Airbnb experience (or hotel even, for that matter!) that we have ever had. My husband and I traveled to Vienna for our honeymoon, and Alexander pampered us for the whole week! He was so ready to help us with recommendations for food, drink, and sightseeing every single day of our stay and sat down with us to help us with navigating the city. His help was invaluable to us, from booking dinner reservations for us to telling us about local spots, and we felt like we truly got to see the best of Vienna during our stay because of his help. The room, bathroom, and kitchen were pristinely clean every day. Everything was absolutely perfect. We hope to return to Vienna soon, and we know exactly where we'll be staying! ☺️

The place is in a great location and is exactly as the photos show. You can walk anywhere in the city center and the place is almost on top of a huge transit station. The place is quiet even though it’s on a busy street. Each day someone reached out to see if we needed anything. They also sent a lot of recommendations. The only issue we had, and it was quickly resolved, was communication. They do not use the Airbnb message system. The hosts asked for a one hour window for our arrival which I provided. Our train was quite late and I sent a message through AirBnb that we would be late. When we arrived there was no one to let us in and we had to wait for them to finish with another check in at another building. The host had called me to ask where we were. I didn’t get the call and he never saw the message I’d sent. Also, there is a lift to the penthouse but you need to get your luggage up a staircase to get to the elevator. The host helped with the luggage.

We were extremely satisfied. Clean, quiet, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need. 😊

We had a great stay. The location is perfect - a short walk to the city center, and really convenient for the train from the airport. The apartment is huge and comfortable. As clearly described in the listing, the building is undergoing renovation, but that didn't impact us. Isabelle was friendly and helpful.

Amazing value! The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. A few minutes walk from metro / tram stations, very easy to get around. The AC is definitely a plus in the summer, and the balcony is very cosy.

I've been using Airbnb for about 15 years on 3 continents, and I have to rate Simon's place as on of the top 2 that I've visited. The accommodation had it all - location, amenities and essentials (right from elevator to shower cap), and decor (professional). And, of course, although there were no issues during our stay, he was quick to communicate throughout the whole process. Bravo, Simon!

We will stay again for next visit and will recommend the place to our friends. Parked our car underground and took a public transportation system for 4days and it was a great choice. Thanks to Olga’s advice. Fresh air coming in with a sunrise and the sound of rain drops were extraordinary bonuses we received.

This a great Airbnb! Comfy beds, nice layout, updated bathroom and kitchen, close to the Hauptbahnhof, right on the tramline, very responsive host. Basically a perfect place to stay in Vienna!

Very lovely apartment, close to the river. The nearby metro made it easy to get into the city centre. The apartment had everything necessary close by (shop, ice cream place, bakery, pharmacy ect). Ideal location if you want to be close to the Danube!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Tarkan was extremely kind and helpful with all of our needs. The apartment was clean and cozy, with great WiFi and good, quick access to all of the main attractions we wanted to visit via the metro. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Vienna.
