The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been retained. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, with additional costs, you can relax and unwind.

Especially in the morning when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit in the conservatory with a coffee – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly tranquility in a natural environment.

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, our completely refurbished bakery is located. Walk into the endless German forests from the yard or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful towns such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seat, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €15,- per person

In our lovingly furnished guesthouse, we warmly welcome our guests. The guesthouse has 2 twin beds, which are located on a gallery. (The beds can also be pushed together). A sofa bed can accommodate additional guests. Located directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and cycling trails, you will find our nice guest house. I warmly welcome my guests to my apartment. It is located in the heart of Emlichheim in a quiet residential area and can accommodate 2 - 4 people. Between Vechte and the Alte-Picardie Canal lies Emlichheim on the Dutch border. Many bike paths and hiking trails make this region a popular recreation area. Simply feel good and relax.
