The facility we invite you to is a newly-commissioned, modern, 2-room with a living room and kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable house, located on a separate, large, beautifully organized plot. It is an unusual, charming place, surrounded by greenery on all sides. The 800 sq meters plot is 180 meters away from the shore of the very clean (1st class of cleanliness) Lake Łęsk. Walking along the lake shore (5 minutes) you will see a communal swimming area with a large pier. The view from the cottage is directly to the forest.

On the edge of the grove

On the edge of the grove, on a hill surrounded by forests and meadows, there is our small cottage with a panoramic window to admire what Warmia has the most beautiful. Endless green forests, smooth meadows and pastures, and animals. Cranes, hares, roe deer, deer and foxes visit us every day. Around the forests, fields and meadows. You can count on privacy, the cottage itself is surrounded by a grove. The cottage is located in the colony of the village of Giławy. The cottage is open all year round and is electrically heated.

Apartment in the Center

The apartment is located in the city center, in a 3-story building, on the second floor, nearby there are two large parking lots, unfortunately unguarded. In the area of the lake, Small Homely and Large Homemade with a beach and walking paths around them. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation, wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a big city. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Masuria, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads to Lajs. No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful homes with dreams and pine trees around. Adjacent is a family work. Homes fit into local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.
