Iserlohn - Modern basement apartment

The apartment is located in Sümmern on the outskirts of Iserlohn in a quiet but central location. A car is recommended. From the Iserlohn-Seilersee exit, you can reach us in 7 minutes. The sights such as Barendorf, Hemer-Sauerlandpark, Seilersee with swimming pool and ice rink, the Dechenhöhle, Burg Altena, Dortmund and the Sorpesee are easily accessible. A terrace in front of the door is at your disposal, with table and chairs, to end your day in peace in the evening.

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

The Mühlenberg

The spacious accommodation is suitable for families, friends or couples. The house is located in a quiet residential area. The forest and the golf course (with public restaurant) are 2 minutes by foot. The Ruhr Valley Cycle Trail leads through Neheim-Hüsten, making it ideally suited for cyclists as a stopover. There is a lot to explore by car within half an hour, such as the Sorpe and Möhnetal dams, the old town of Arnsberg and also the historic town of Soest.

Located directly on the river, 3.5 room large, classified by the German Tourism Association as 4 stars, non-smoking apartment in a quaint old half-timbered house. It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland Forest Route is right around the corner and many attractions are nearby (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpe is a few minutes away by car. The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. Whether it's hiking in the wonderful nature, cycling, sailing, golfing, skiing - Bamenohl is worth a visit.

Our house is located in a traffic-calmed thoroughfare in the district Warmen between Fröndenberg and Wickede. Ample parking is available in front of the house. A bakery with food is a 5-minute walk. All other shopping facilities can be found within 5 minutes' drive.
