Awesome stay with Simon! Close to amenities. Would recommend staying. Simon was very quick to respond and helped out with all out needs.

It's a nice space to have for a night or two. Great location near the water and not far from the shops too. The alfresco kitchen is workable for some basic meals. As the hosts have mentioned in the description, it's not a place to get a long sleep in as the hosts themselves are early risers and live above the Airbnb space. Overall it's a good deal compared to many of the more expensive options in Airlie Beach.

We had a fantastic stay in Airlie Beach! Kathy was a great host and very kindly let us check in early which helped us out hugely. The location was great for walking to/ being picked up for day trips (although the steep hill was challenging on foot!). The bed was comfortable and this place had all of the amenities that we needed, the pool was lovely with an absolutely beautiful view. Would definitely recommend!

The room was very beautiful and in a quiet area surrounded by wildlife. We were 5 minutes for the local shopping centre and 10 minutes from airlie beach making it a perfect location. Kym had thought of everything to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. She also left an awesome guide on what to see and do in the area, and also included information about some of the common wild life in the area. Overall it was an amazing stay in a beautiful area.

We have stayed at Jen's several times. It is convenient and consistently clean and comfortable. We arrived earlier than usual and enjoyed wine and cheese on the back patio. The yard is well fenced and our dog, Harley, had a good sniff around. We will be back.

The West Wing is the most wonderful AirBnb and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s much bigger than it seems in the pictures and is so beautifully decorated, well stocked and has such a comfy bed. The unit is nice and cool and has a great courtyard and a spacious bathroom. Such an ideal spot -so peaceful with beautiful surrounds, close to the beach but also 5 mins from shops and good coffee. It’s surely the best AirBnb in Mackay by a country mile! Claire is the perfect host and was helpful and gives great recommendations. 10/10 in every sense, thanks Claire!

We decided on last minute to stay at this accommodation and still had a very good experience.Mary is very friendly and gives us a very good memory in Australia (by the way, her car is lovely)

This was our second stay and again it was fantastic. Despite the rain, very heavy at times we enjoyed our selves with visiting friends in Mackay and nearby Marian and Walkerston. Glenn wasn't able to cycle up the Eungella road or Mountain bike tracts at the Mountain bike park in Finch Hatten because of the rain he will be back.

Jonny was a lovely host! Extremely responsive. Place spotless. Fantastic location easy walking to town and beach. Spectacular view of the water. She met us when we arrived, responded to all questions promptly, and afforded us a late check out. Gem of a place!

Rhondda’s home is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Every convenience is thoughtfully provided, and the space is spotless throughout. As a family that travels frequently with our baby — staying in different accommodations every couple of weeks — we can confidently say that Rhondda’s home is the cleanest we’ve experienced. If her place is available, don’t hesitate — book it right away.
