This is a comfortable & fully equipped lower unit of a duplex to enjoy your time in Pullman. You will appreciate the home for all it offers as you enjoy "the mega deck" during an autumn evening or the gas fireplace in the cozy living room on a winter night! This sweet little cottage is nestled amongst trees in the back yard of the main house and is definitely full of character. We were told the outbuilding started out as a chicken coop and, over time, it morphed into a people coop. If you’re looking for perfection you will not find it here. What you will find is a comfy little place with a feeling of being in the woods.
