Very beautiful had a very good time. More then us our puppy has enjoyed. Very good place neat and clean pool and spotless area. Evryone were just 1 call away. We also got the floating breakfast worth the money . The checkout time is flexible. Very beautiful can't describe in words. Close your eyes and book it. All thanks to Spoorthi property manager and kamal house keeper so supportive and very friendly felt like family.

I had a great stay at this place! It’s spacious, well-maintained, and felt very safe throughout my visit. I especially loved the sound system area — it added a really nice touch to the experience. The staff were supportive and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely love to come back again!

The place is very private and discrete in its location. If you are looking for someplace to chill by a private pool space , this is just the right spot . Its whole terrace with pool an amenities thats good for a private party, the rooms are basic but good . 2 bedrooms may sleep 6 . Host is very understanding and helpful. The house help is around. Very secure as the lower floor access is controlled via auomated locks and can only be opened from inside. Very safe

Abdul is a truly amazing host! The pool was well-maintained, and the entire property was spotless and beautifully kept. It’s located in a very private, quiet area with absolutely no disturbances—perfect for a peaceful getaway. He even had snacks ready for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture, especially for those who might want something late at night. Before leaving, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable. He was very proactive and quick to respond to any queries. Overall, Abdul is a genuinely wonderful host. Everyone should experience a stay here — both the property and the host are top-notch!

It's a beautiful Piece of art. I loved the stairs placement, it gives a Disney sort of feelings. Place is located in the centre, everything is nearby. Good places to eat nearby and shopping centre as well. Would love to stay there again.

Dwell well is what Jeevan wishes for you and provides!! My trip was unplanned as I had to rush to B'lore to attend to my daughter who had met with an accident (hit and run case). Jeevan's cozy house was such a heartwarming and restful place in all of this chaos! Very close to Manipal hospital and conveniently located in the happening Indiranagar 100 ft road. I must mention how considerate Jeevan (and business partnerJuhie) were to have accommodated my extended stay by opening the first floor of this squeaky clean house. The 24x7 help, Bimal, is an extremely friendly and efficient caretaker! Kudos to you and your team, Jeevan! Wishing you many more years of hosting! I stayed at Vinay’s place in Bangalore with my dad and toddler, and we had a wonderful stay. He gave us the ground floor of his house — very neat, clean, and even better than the photos. There were two toilets (Indian and Western) and a separate bathing area. The kitchen had all the basics like tea, sugar, plates, and a stove — felt just like home. My toddler was very comfortable and happy throughout. Vinay was kind, friendly, and always reachable since he lives upstairs. He even allowed a late check-out, which really helped us. No power cuts, hot water was always available, and the locality was peaceful and family-friendly.The area was easily accessible for Uber and Swiggy deliveries, which made things even more convenient. A perfect place for anyone traveling with kids — safe, homely, and super comfortable. Highly recommended!

place is neat and quite. easy to find, approachable Hostel and staff. restaurants and shopping near by.

The stay was comfortable, it was easy to find the location as the host provided a lot of photos and clear instructions to find the place. We reached early in the morning and it was thoughtful of him to keep coffee and oats for us. He was also thoughtful to ask us if we had any requirements before we reached. The stay was very pleasant and hospitable.

If you are looking for a place to stay and explore Bangalore, look no further. This is the ground floor of a villa in the super posh HRBR 1st block! Access to all joints in kalyan nagar, great neighbourhood, park, etc. etc.. the best part is the house. It is an old construction but old is gold! Lot of living space, well ventilated rooms, cozy bedrooms, you feel nostalgic in this house, yet so brilliantly renovated and maintained. You feel HOME. It is absolute value for money. 4 wheeler Parking is on the road, 2 wheeler goes in. Tabreez is a gem of a guy who will take care of your needs! He stays nearby and is available all the time. I had no complaints during my 15-day stay. Good water, open spaces, big fridge, utensils, 5 burner stove, plenty of storage spaces, large living room, dedicated dining area, wifi, you name it they have it. You really wont miss air conditioner as it is always cool inside. Thanks Tahir for sharing this old marvel with people like us to experience it..

I recently stayed at this beautiful, cozy place, and it was an absolute delight. The room was comfortable, inviting, and felt like a perfect retreat. What really set it apart, though, was the breathtaking view of the lake – both at sunrise and sunset. Mornings started with a serene view over the water, creating a peaceful and refreshing start to each day, while the sunsets were a magical, warm ending. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty. Host is responsive.

First thing to say is it is a JNR Jewel. It is close to 4th Block and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The home is very spacious and rooms are big with all furnishings and you can technical invite folks and spend time in the home if you are not interested in traveling in BLR. It is close to Metro which is a big advantage while we still can uber or OLA or auto!! As for safely very safe and sound place and has a park to walk and get fresh air. Kumar and team who does the house keeping is very friendly and sincere and they helped us all along our stay. They strive very hard to keep the home clean!! for folks who are religious, there is a very nice pooja room with a beautiful idol of Krishna!! As for kitchen, it is pristine and you can really do a full meal!! As for laundry, I can’t complain. It has both washer and dryer. So you really don’t need to carry a lot of clothing. + remember great place for a new wardrobe!! Last but not least, an elevator will be great!!

After spending 15days here I genuinely feel a little strange to leave the place. It felt more than a stay. It felt like home!! The hosts are absolutely lovely,polite,warm and welcoming!! The house is beautiful furnished and is equipped with all the essentials right from the fresh towels, kitchen utensils, wifi connections,AC, home cook food( upon request- don’t miss out the fish curry and kid lamb curry absolutely delicious! ) , books etc Neighbourhood is peaceful, clean Location is good a fruit market and Nilgiris is 2 minutes away and a large market where you get everything is 3-4 minutes away. I’m very happy with my stay I’m rating a 5 star!
