Wonderful stay! The cabin was very comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed and Hans checked in on us during the visit. The porch was awesome and we loved sitting outside. All the trees were so lovely and the lake was even closer than we thought. It was so peaceful sitting out by the water and enjoying the lake views as well. The cabin was in a great location for all the hiking we did near Heber Springs and Fairfield Bay. Just a lovely part of Arkansas. Highly recommend a visit!

Felt right at home, and the backyard was convenient for allowing my dog some time to stretch her legs. This is a good location for accessing any part of town, and the neighborhood was quiet all weekend.

For a visit to Harding University this is the perfect location. It is only 1 block away from the science building and all the rest of campus. Checking in really late at night was easy for us with a door code. Cute house on a private looping street with a long driveway and beautiful landscaping. Bedrooms and bathrooms were as pictured with spotless cleaning of floors and bathrooms. Light switches are all labeled. Such a good idea!!! Lots of bed space and living room space. Small but functional kitchen. We ate ate several locally owned restaurants within 1 mile of the house and had really Filipino and BBQ food. Hosts we're proactive in telling us about a plumbing issue before and fixing it. They were so friendly and responsive throughout the stay. Cons: * no wifi which is listed on the description, we took laptops to HU campus and used the free wifi there to get work done. *Bedrooms have the old house smell, probably from carpets. But not dirty.

As someone who travels for work frequently, I think Andrea & Joseph had an absolute wonderful place to stay! This was one of my favorites by far (and like I said, I travel frequently so it’s hard for me to have a favorite). Their place was clean, had all the amenities you could think of that someone would need, it was clean, and it was cozy! Everything was well thought out and seemed like there was a lot of attention to detail! 10/10 recommended :)

My friends and I enjoyed our girls weekend! Kelly had cookies and coffee for us upon arrival! Everything was spotless! The view is incredible. There’s a place to take walks around the area. We loved our stay and felt right at home!

Everything was perfect and host was very responsive. She even had dog toys and dog treats waiting on the counter for my pups when we arrived, which was so thoughtful. Above-and-beyond service and I’m very satisfied.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect for our extended family and gave us plenty of space to relax, reconnect, and enjoy our time together. The kids had an amazing time exploring the large yard, playing near the pond, and splashing around in the full creek. We set up a canopy nearby so the adults could relax and watch them have the time of their lives. We spent our days hiking in nearby state parks, and returning to this peaceful home each evening was the perfect way to unwind. The porch quickly became our favorite hangout spot—we enjoyed meals, coffee, and hours of great conversation out there. One of our favorite features was the tub in the master suite. After a long day on the trails, it offered a relaxing, quiet space to soak and recharge. The home was clean, well-stocked, and felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. From the peaceful setting to the thoughtful touches, it exceeded our expectations. We made unforgettable memories and highly recommend this stay!

Joey‘s place was amazing! The pictures are very accurate. This place is right on the river with a very short walk to the dock. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness of this place. We will definitely be back with some additional family members.

Great stay! Friends get together - 10 adults and 2 kids. Everyone had a comfy bed and plenty of room to spread out. We loved the location, peaceful and close to everything we needed. Loved the outdoor space, spent most of our time there. Kitchen had everything we needed. TVs in every space. We would definitely stay here again! Great for a big group! Loved it.

My family and I enjoyed every second of our stay! It was the most peaceful time, such a beautiful home! I didn’t get to reach out to my host because I didn’t have service, the only way I was able to get into the property is because I had a screenshot of our confirmation and everything we needed thank goodness! But after getting inside I belief because of the storms our Wi-Fi wasn’t working, that made it feel all of the more peaceful ☺️ no social media, NOTHING, just family time! It was truly an amazing experience, we loved the home! We appreciate Riverbend allowing us to stay in their home and have a piece of mind! We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Cottage. The setting is very peaceful and relaxing. We saw several deer and that was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect being close to town and walking trails. We will definitely stay here again.

This charming secluded hilltop rock house surrounded by tall pine trees and adorned nightly with sparkling stars appears to be a well kept secret in Pangburn, Arkansas. The beds are comfy, decor eclectic, kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, & bathrooms were not luxurious, but adequate. The driveway would present a challenge for a car, but our SUV & truck handled it fine. The host was gracious and responsive. Definitely will keep this property on our repeat list.

This was a family get away weekend. We loved the house and all of the room. We didn't get to enjoy the outside because it rained all weekend. Had so much fun running around though. It was well worth the money.

For entertainment, we enjoyed fishing, playing foosball, darts, and watching local wildlife. Dawn was quick to respond to our questions and provided suggestions for local events. Overall, this rental offered a perfect blend of leisure and activity, making it a highly recommendable choice for a delightful getaway.
