Completely renovated historic stone house built by the founder of Anton Motyčka in 1831, the house has a ground floor and 2 floors, with a total living area of 190 m2 , 4 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with WC. The ground floor has a fully furnished kitchen including dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. The furnishings of the house are in period style. Glazed entry porch and garden available for guests only BBQ and fire pit in front of the house just a few meters from the water tank and beautiful creek.

Pool I Sauna I Close to river, tennis and lifts

Our villa is perfect for a family vacation with children. In winter, very close to the ski lifts (10mn to Nowa Osada, 5mn Siglany) in summer 5 mn walk to the river and to the earth's tennis courts. The house has a large sauna (4-6 people) and a year-round indoor pool overlooking the garden. The pool is heated and can also be used as a hot tub (water massages). 5 cars can be parked on the property. From the house is very close to the new big supermarket (5mn on foot) very convenient for family shopping.

The town center is just 100 m far from the Vila. For our guests we offer 2 new renovated apartments. Apartment n. 2 is situated on the ground floor and it is for 2 people. Apartment has it own kitchen, bathroom and exit to the garden. The reservations are accepted just for at least 2 night.

AdamSport Resort is a newly built apartment house in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Ružomberok - Rybárpole near the forest. 2 apartments for rent will provide accommodation for 6 people (including 2 extra beds) in 2 separate apartments. (3rd apartment is currently rented long-term) Stay with a dog is allowed. Outside for our guests there is a fireplace, outdoor seating, a terrace, a kettle and a grill. Warmly to the 6-person cottage "Jelonkowo", which is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Brenna, near the Brennica River.
