The building is a newly built wine cellar, which offers modern accommodation in the middle of the vineyards. The wine cellar consists of a ground floor, first floor and attic. On the ground floor there is an entrance kitchen, a toilet and a wine cellar with seating and plenty of wine to consume. The first floor offers 2 rooms with bathroom and balcony,corridor and access to a covered terrace with seating and barbecue. In the attic there are 2 other rooms with bathroom and a beautiful view of the vineyards or Vyšicko lookout tower.

The central point of the house is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dining table. Bathroom with shower. There is a garden with herbs and a quiet seating area in the privacy of the courtyard. For the youngest guests, we have a children's play center, picnic seating, and a sandpit. You can use outdoor seating, lounge area, grill, outdoor fire pit and swing.

Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron, hairdryer. Free parking in front of the house (already behind the paid zone). Free internet - wifi. The disadvantage is 5 floor without elevator :-) ..
