This cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is only 10 minutes from the Town of Athabasca. On the main level is 3 bedrooms, 4 piece bathroom, full kitchen and living area. The basement features woodstove and livingroom area with trundell bed/couch and a 4th bedroom. It has an extra den area w/ futon near the laundry room for added guests to sleep. Perfect for a family traveling through for sports events, family functions like a wedding or even just a getaway. Also perfect for work crews or hunters.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Perfect two-bedroom, lakefront cabin on one of the cleanest lakes in AB. Enjoy the sunrise on the deck & fires with your family & friends. During the summer months, you will also have use of the bunkhouse. This is a great space for extra room. There is also a dock for you to use. In the winter months, you are steps away to go ice fishing. There is no access to the bunkhouse in the winter. Sorry, no pets. No Camper/tents.
