Wabi Sabi Cottage

This peaceful location is a 2 min to Waikato River trails. We are on the reserve so you get a beautiful view of the domain to Maungatautari Mountain. Relax in the bath tub after a day on the trails or visiting the many nearby attractions. The Rhubarb Cafe is a few minutes walk. Arapuni Suspension Bridge is in front of the property, you can hear the river from the deck. Jones Landing, Lake Karapiro, Lake Arapuni, Maungatautari Mountain, and Blue Springs are all a short drive.

Gran's House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The beautiful rural views of Mt Pirongia and Mt Kakepuku will make your stay a memorable one. Centrally located in the Waikato area, Gran's House is an easy driving distance to many tourist spots and locations including Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton, Cambridge, Hamilton. The Pink House

This lovely small cottage originally came into my family as a retirment home for my (then) 90 year old mother, Olive. She loved the place except for its original colour and so promptly painted it Pink. The house has many of her touches still in it, such as the cross stitch pictures framed on the walls. Nana Olive was well known through Tokoroa for her hospitality and warm welcome she offered at the Pink House, and we are delighted to continue this tradition.

22 Acre Farm

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located just out of Te Kuiti it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Located beside the main house you have your own access and outdoor area. In summer there is the family pool for you to use too. This property is private, surrounded by trees and farmland. We are also located along the Te Araroa track an ideal place to stop between Waitomo and Pureora Forest.

The Silk Tree Studio (Nr. Waitomo Caves)

Very spacious self-contained studio, set amongst gardens of the main house with young dairy stock all around. Peaceful quiet location at the end of a no exit road with beautiful views. Light breakfast included, Toast, Spreads, Orange Juice, Fresh Milk, and Cereals. Sit in your private spa pool after a busy day and watch the sun go down and the stars in the evening, they are so clear.

The Country Cottage

With Te Awamutu town centre located only 5km from the Cottage, you can enjoy all the town has to offer. The Tennis Court and Swimming Pool are available for guests to enjoy.
