We would like to welcome you to our sustainable and non-smoking bed and breakfast on the water! Apartment Grutto is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is sufficient parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible with public transportation (5 minutes walk). There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within 5-minute walking distance.

Bestaande uit slaapkamer, woonkeuken (incl. zitbank, kitchenette, eethoek en tv), badkamer en een apart toilet. Ontbijt (bij reserven bij te boeken) €30,00 per dag (2 pers), voor het hele verblijf. Our house on the Koggeplaet in Elahuizen has a beautiful unobstructed view over de Fluessen, with a lake terrace. Also there is a terrace on the harbor and a sheltered seating area! Our house is in the middle of the water sports area of Friesland. A beautiful place for boating, swimming, cycling, hiking or skating! Golf course and forest are close by! In June, July, August, and September, we rent our house per week/ several weeks. Arrival and departure on Fridays. Other wishes? Let us know!

Ideal stay to stay with children. In a quiet place in the park with 400 m2 of private land. A games room for the little ones and games for young and old. Watch a DVD on a rainy day. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

The rear bedroom and studio offer access to the spacious roof terrace. Booking for 2 people is based on use of 1 bedroom and studio. Booking for 3 or 4 people is based on use of both bedrooms and studio.
