Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Westerstede

We have already been to this beautiful house several times and always feel very comfortable. It really has everything you need and both nature and Emden are really easy to get to.

The house on the lake offers everything you need for a relaxing break. The sauna is a very pleasant size and, thanks to the outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing wellness moments. The location is ideal, and there is also a barefoot path in the immediate vicinity.

We went on holiday to Heide as a family with 3 children. The house is super nice, located directly behind the dike. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. Great excursions can also be made in the vicinity. Highly recommended.

A wonderful accommodation that exceeded the description as well as the photos of the offer. We were there with 7 adults, all had generous space and it was just great. The house is so tastefully furnished and thoughtful, functional, cozy, warm and chic .... you can't find it better. The garden is certainly around 1500 square meters, something grows in each, there is a bench, a table, a sandbox, a hammock.... We've been to many accommodations, but this really exceeded our expectations. A very clear recommendation and a heartfelt thank you for these wonderful days!

We felt very comfortable. The house has something embracing and yet offers enough space. One could say that the love of detail makes everything very lively. Everything very well and clean. Malin & Stefan are wonderful friendly people and it was a feeling of being able to stay with you. The apartment is very tasteful, individually furnished but also functionally thought out with wonderfully comfortable mattresses and good kitchen equipment. Particularly impressive is the forest with garden and the co-hosts the ponnies, chickens and ducks. An oasis in the countryside to feel good!

We were a family of five adults and a five-month-old baby for a week in the old painter's house of Christin and Willi. We had a very nice time in the house and were able to enjoy the quiet garden directly on the water in good weather, especially in the first days, and watch the cows grazing on the other side of the water. But even with the bad weather in the second half of the week, we had it very cozy in the house in the spacious living room with fireplace. The location is wonderfully quiet for relaxing or taking walks along the dike. For our baby, Christin and Willi even provided us with a travel cot. The communication with the two was great, they were always helpful and with good tips (e.g. the trip to Groningen was very worthwhile). In the house everything was also very clean and maintained. All in all, the perfect accommodation for a family getaway. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful old villa, generous space, nicely furnished apartment. Loved it. From there you could start some activities. Whether on foot, by bus (bus stop just a stone's throw away) or by private car. The folder prepared by Heino with the description of the history of the house, the possibilities for things to do in the area or even the tips on recommended restaurants was very helpful. We also had fantastic weather during the week, which rounded off the stay even more.

The Reethaus is beautiful and decorated with a lot of love. The sleeping alcove directly under the roof is super cozy, we felt very comfortable. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Christopher is very warm and attentive. Thank you for the wonderful time, pure relaxation!

Our stay at Philippe’s place in Hatten was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, Philippe made us feel more than welcomed—like part of the family. The house itself was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was Philippe’s exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was smooth and enjoyable, helping us with things we didn’t even expect. His local tips and personal assistance made a huge difference and added a special touch to our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Review text: We had a really nice time staying at the place! Everything was super clean, cozily furnished and exactly as stated in the description. We particularly appreciated the quiet location and the comfortable bed – we slept wonderfully. The kitchen was also well equipped, so we could easily self-cater. The contact with the host was friendly, quick and straightforward. You can tell they're working with heart and mind. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended! Very nice area not far lake and sea.

Lovely old mansion home. 2 good large bathrooms, good large bedrooms with good mattresses as well as duvets/pillows. Despite visible rental wear, the house appears clean and tidy. A lovely home close to public transport train/bus within 5 minutes. Will definitely rent this place again

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. The house is large, well divided and leaves nothing to be desired. Communication was super straightforward and the check-in was more than friendly. We only used the garden for our dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The location is quiet but still close to supermarkets and the city of Bremerhaven. Unfortunately, we had a small problem with the heater, which was resolved within a few hours. Otherwise, we did not lack anything in the kitchen, spa area or the rest of the rooms. Only the sofa could have been a little bigger for such a big house. We would visit this place again and again with our friends.
