This place is perfect for us, It didn't feel like we were in Boracay. The place is uphill, it feels very private but also near the establishments and the beach. I mentioned to Ms. Grace that it was our first wedding anniversary. We did not notice at first but she upgraded our room to a much bigger room than what we originally booked. It was actually hard to leave the house because we felt so at home in this place. Leaving the bed was the actual struggle! Ms. Grace even cooked lasagna and made a salad for everyone but unfortunately, we were not able to try them. :( There were lots of dogs and cats which makes the house very homey. Ms. Grace and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We would love to book this place again in the future! (and to also try Ms. Grace's lasagna)

This was my 2nd time staying here for my short visits and would recommend! It's located near the busy d'mall/White Beach, quite clean and overall great, as always! Thank you.

Nicely situated on the hill, very close to the bulabog kitesurfing beach. Located away but not far from the center and white beach makes it a perfect escape to calm down from the crazy party/restaurant area. The view is worth taking the straits:) cozy bungalow well equipped with comfortable bed. Clean bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at Emil’s place. This is a very friendly place where you feel welcome. The room was super clean and comfy and the beach was so private. You can swim right from there and see turtles. The breakfast and diner offer were great. I highly recommend !

ここはボラカイ島で最高の家です。 すぐまた3週間戻ることに決めて予約しました。部屋は写真の通りで、なによりもビューを大切にしたいわたしにとってバルコニーは最高の場所でした。毎朝鳥の鳴き声で目を覚ましました。 家には犬と猫がいて、みんなとても可愛かった。 オーナーグレースはとても親切で丁寧に島について教えてくれました。 彼女の作る朝ごはんに夢中になりました。お部屋は毎日掃除してくれました。 彼らはとても親切です。キッチンも使わせてくれました。時々子供の夕食を自分で作ることができたので助かりました。スーパーは近くで歩いていき、帰りは50ペソでバイクに乗りました。裏のビーチへの秘密の道を教えてもらったので、毎朝サンライズを見に歩いて行きました徒歩10分です。 ホワイトビーチも徒歩10分なのでサンセットを見たりしました。歩いて7分のヴィーガンカフェが気に入りましたので通いました。 わたしは今からここに戻る日がとても楽しみです！

Terrific resort once you get there. All the rooms are themed. Ours was the “Rockadelic Room” and I was truly amazed at the artistic, detailed, and craftsmanship of what they created!!! It truly made me wanna come back and try out each room. I’ve stayed at thousands of hotels and a pretty good number have been themed though it’s virtually never the reason I chose any particular hotel. But, this property is an exception because it’s just simply at another level. Hands down it is the best themed room hotel of any sort I have ever stayed at!!! I do not make that comment lightly either!! Marc whom I communicated with to find it was responsive. However, the city of Sipalay & the Province of Negros Occidental do not do any of the properties in this area justice! No signs, not even a road to turn off the highway, just a large lot you turn into. Yes, a dirt lot!! I’m not kidding. Marc gave me the heads up in a detailed message as to how to find the resort but as I said shame on the governments

The host was very accommodating and I’m thankful for the free snacks that they provided. It’s really worth the price and the place was a vintage vibe which was really great. The host let us shoot our photoshoot there and I’m grateful for that, the host was very friendly and the place was overall up to my expectations. There was a power outage the next day and although there was no backup generator, the stay was still great.

Stayed for 4 weeks here. My go to place to whenever I am visiting the city. As always, homey and comfy. :)

rustic little inn located on the outskirts of the city proper, but fairly convenient in terms of commute since there are always jeeps that pass by going to the city. we got the room with 2 single beds and it was by the highway so it got a bit noisy by morning. walls are also thin, but understandable considering the price. toiletries provided are a bit lacking, so better to bring own. but overall a great budget stay!

The accommodation met my expectations. It was clean and had the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. Overall, a satisfactory experience. Thank you so much for welcoming us❤️

I love the place and the nature vibes. Its giving. Perfect for travelers who likes to have a me time with nature. The location is superb as it is near restaurants. This listing also offers food. Its always a plus if the place offers home made food. Neil and Maam Tess are very welcoming. Neil 100% responsive. Maam Tess hotel Point of Contact/Care Taker, very welcoming. The place is very reasonable for its offers price.

I will say Miss Liobe’s place is amazing. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The place is very beautiful and clean. The place is also very close to the Airport. The views are amazing. Her staff is very attentive to all your needs and wants. She was there to help in every way we could ask and more. I will definitely be back here. The pool was very refreshing and clean. The food was amazing also. The room was very comfortable and cool also. The Balcony in the bedroom is amazing too be able too look for miles of great views. Richard her Chef is also amazing and so helpful. Richard will also set up you to travel place to place if needed also. Can cook you, Any meal you desire. It’s a great place for a couple or if you have kids I would totally bring them here. There are no down falls here. The side street vendors are the way to go if you want fresh fruit 🍉 in the area. This is truly a hidden Gem 💎 I will definitely be back to see Miss Liobe and her staff. She is more than willing to help make your vacation time worth it. Upon arrival the staff were very kind and always communicated with me, it was easy to find and a great location, the room was perfect, resturaunt below the room was amazing and all staff were very friendly and helpful, great place to stay and very close to all the main attractions
