Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

Σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή μόλις 150μ από τα πρώην ΤΕΙ Δυτικής Ελλάδος (νυν Παράρτημα Πανεπιστημίου Πελοποννήσου & Παράρτημα Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών), δημιουγήσαμε για τους επισκέπτες μας ένα ζεστό, καλαίσθητο και φιλόξενο διαμέρισμα ισογείου. Βρίσκεται κοντά στην έξοδο 3 της Περιμετρικής Πατρών και πλησίον του Παμπελοποννησιακού Σταδίου. Με ευκολία στο παρκάρισμα. Πλησίον στάσης λεωφορείων (γραμμές 2,8). Χρειάζεται να κατεβείτε τρία σκαλοπάτια, ενώ έχει πρόσβαση σε προστατευμένη ιδιωτική αυλή.

These well-equipped studios offer the perfect opportunity for guests to escape from everyday life and just relax. Enjoy a drink on the balcony while admiring the view, sunbathe on the beach just 50 meters from the accommodation, dare to try some water sports or take a walk to the nearby centre for shopping and a delicious meal at one of the traditional tavernas.

Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! The studio is a well-kept space, recently renovated with care in the city center. Just 2 blocks away from the central square of Messolonghi, it combines the direct accessibility of the unique historical spots of the city, its nightlife, but also the tranquility of the quiet Greek neighborhood. The beach and the famous mud baths are 10 minutes away by car, which you will not have difficulty parking. Direct communication for anything you need.
