We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely farmhouse! The host Christos was super nice — always quick to reply and helped us with everything we needed. The place is just like in the pictures: quiet, private, with a beautiful green yard, a jacuzzi, and a terrace with a BBQ area. We especially loved the swallows living in the yard — they made the place feel even more special. After the busy city life, this was the perfect spot to relax for the weekend. Would definitely come back!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und den Gastgebern! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche und hilfsbereite Art der Gastgeber – wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Πολύ καλή εμπειρία διαμονής. Το σπίτι όπως οι φωτογραφίες, ο κήπος μεγάλος και ιδανικός για τον σκύλο μας. Η περιοχή πολύ κοντά σε Βυτίνα και Λεβίδι. Ωραία χαλάρωση και ησυχία. Ο Γιάννης ήταν άμεσος στην επικοινωνία και πολύ βοηθητικός. Φυσικά και προτείνεται.

Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft!!! Der Garten mit dem Pool war so schön, wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht, es war ruhig und unsere drei Kinder hatten großen Spaß im Garten und im Pool. Auch das Haus war sehr schön, man hatte alles da, konnte super kochen. Außerdem haben wir am Anfang ganz viele Snacks von Letitzia und Spiros bekommen, zwischendurch mal Obst und sogar einen sehr leckeren Kuchen :) wir wurden auch gefragt, ob sie etwas für uns einkaufen sollen, da wir an einem Sonntag angereist sind. Die beiden sind total lieb!! Auch die Gegend ist toll. Es gibt ein super Restaurant ca 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto, auch ein Supermarkt in ca 5-10 Minuten Entfernung und Zakynthos Stadt waren ca 20-30 Minuten. Die Unterkunft war aber so schön, dass wir fast nur dort waren. Wir können sie wirklich sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank Leticia und Spiros!!!

Πάρα πολύ φιλική και επικοινωνιακή η οικοδέσποινα, με χρήσιμες συμβουλές! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ένα πολύ μικρό χωριό έξω από το Καρπενήσι (~15 λεπτά). Είσαι μέσα στη φύση και επικρατεί ησυχια. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι εκπληκτική. Ήμασταν 6 άτομα και χωρεσαμε άνετα. Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι και ευχαριστημένοι από την διαμονή μας! :)

Diana nous a accueilli et s'est montrée systématiquement disponible et très réactive. Très bon emplacement (balades à pieds autour de la maison), de bons restaurants autour toutefois véhicule obligé pour se déplacer ailleurs dans l'île. Piscine privée très agréable et nettoyée quotidiennement, extérieur au top, idéal pour les enfants. Toutefois, vétusté des matériaux à l'intérieur de la maison nécessitant un coup de rafraichissement. Cela donnerait un véritable plus au logement ! Merci Diana, je recommande ce logement

Ho scelto questo alloggio anche per le ottime recensioni. Sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatta perché erano assolutamente veritiere non c'è stato nulla che mi abbia deluso, anzi... E' già stato scritto tutto nelle precedenti recensioni... Casa pulitissima con tutto il necessario, patio esterno ed interno ( con doccia esterna comodissima) super rilassanti. Ma il valore aggiunto sono le persone DELIZIOSE che ci hanno anche deliziato con prelibatezze culinarie. Aggiungo che la posizione per noi era ottimale molto vicina alla spiaggia da noi preferita Xigia Pelagaki, non distante da Zante Town e da pochissimi minuti da Alikes che offre la scelta di molti ristoranti e servizi. Da là noi abbiamo facilmente raggiunto Porto Vromi dove abbiamo noleggiato una barca per vedere la Spiaggia del Relitto. Super consigliato, la mia famiglia ed io ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore.

We really loved staying at Alex’s place. We arrived during a storm, and he brought us extra blankets for the beds to keep us cosy. Also he gave us some delicious home made cake! On our last day he brought us some more sweet treats. We felt really spoilt. The area is lovely. We explored the nearby island of Lefkada, and visited Mytikas too. The apartment is very well equipped- especially the kitchen, ( Alex is a chef at the local yacht club during the summer season). It was warm and cosy, and we had such a great view from the lounge. We would love to visit again.

We absolutely LOVED staying here with Antonis & his lovely wife. There were many reasons we chose to stay here over a big hotel but the main reasons were 1) the location is absolute beach front & 2) the reviews of the hosts being so wonderful. We were not disappointed! The location was very private, quiet & safe. The hosts only rent out 2 of the 4 cottages in Airbnb & save the other 2 for family when they visit. So the massive patio full of sun loungers was practically always empty & we could make ourselves at home everyday. The room was bigger than what we expected but as seen in the photos- very basic. Having said that- it has everything you need because you literally only use the room to sleep! The surroundings are so gorgeous that you rarely go inside! We were made to feel like family- from driving us to the supermarket, inflating the kids floats for them to bringing us fresh fruits & home baked goods. It was difficult to leave & we'll certainly be back. We struck Airbnb gold here!

הבית של אלני זה בעצם הקומה העליונה של הבית. אלני גרה למטה, היא אישה מקסימה, חביבה, נדיבה, שדאגה לנו להכל, פינקה את הילדים בשוקולד ואותנו במנה שבדיוק בישלה במטבח. אהבנו אותה מאוד. הבית היא נקי מאוד ואפילו שהגיעו נמלים לבקר אלני טיפלה מיד וזה לא הפריע לנו להינות מהמקום המקסים הזה. לבית ירידה עם גישה לים, או לאזור עמוק עם סולם או לחוף קטן וחמוד.. נהננו מאוד משניהם. בבוקר הים רגוע ויפה ואפשר לראות צבי ים שמתגוררים שם תמיד. בכפר הקרוב אין יותר מידי והעיר הקרובה במרחק 13 דקות.. היה לנו 4 לילות כיפיים מאוד ונשמח לחזור שוב.

My husband and I, together with our lively 5-year-old, recently had the absolute pleasure of soaking in the serenity and beauty of *Lithalona Villas*. From the moment you enter the gates, the passion and dedication of Dimitra and Nicholas exudes from every detail, and their attentiveness and hospitality are second to none. The villa itself was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed… While the natural beauty of the significant estate is truly breathtaking, with a delightful garden filled with wonderful flora, hidden paths and cozy terraces - all with the azure sea literally a few meters from your doorstep. There are private entrances to the cove beaches, as well as direct access to the larger Marathias beach. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the wonderful island of Zakynthos, but can honestly say that simply being at Lithalona and breathing in the scenery was the best part of the holiday… So don't hesitate and book your stay here. It's a decision you'll cherish!

Modern eingerichtetes Apartment direkt am Meer gelegen, ruhig und mit super schöner Aussicht. Grosszügige Terrasse. Gut ausgestattete Küche, neue Geräte. Super netter Host, einfache Kommunikation.

We had a wonderful seven days at the accommodation and felt at home from the very beginning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and daily use. The bed is super comfortable, and the view – both from the terrace and right from bed in the morning – is absolutely stunning. The large property is accessible, but also safely enclosed so the two lovely dogs living on the farm can roam freely while staying secure. Communication with the host was excellent: very friendly, quick to respond and full of helpful tips. Shops are just a short drive away, and the sea is also very easy to reach. Patras is about 35 minutes away by car – perfect for day trips. At the same time, the location is ideal for discovering the surrounding area, whether by hiking or simply exploring. We were completely satisfied and can absolutely recommend this place – we’d come back any time!

La maison était en tout point fidèle à sa description, et nous avons énormément apprécié le confort rustique de cette belle demeure et le luxe extraordinaire de ses plages privées. Christina et son mari nous ont accueillis comme des membres de leur famille, contribuant à rendre ce séjour totalement unique et inoubliable. Merci !

We had a wonderful few nights at Barbara’s gorgeous home. It’s nothing short of paradise. We’ll definitely be back. Barbara is a lovely, friendly person. Very warm & welcoming. Her home has the exact same vibe & an absolutely stunning view. Relaxation pure. Thanks for having us stay. We loved it!

A magical home in a wonderful location. My first trip to both this home and island. Will definitely be back. Also, Klara is an amazing artist with a phenomenal body of work. A must see.
