Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Westchase

My family and I came to town for an event and this house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We have two growing boys who struggle to share a bed, so having the two individual beds was absolutely perfect! Everything was neat and tidy and we felt right at home. Having the basketball court and Pickleball court right across the street was fantastic, wish we could’ve gotten more use, but it was a short stay. It was nice being able to look out the kitchen window while cooking dinner and see the boys on the Pickleball court. Despite having the park right there, the house felt very quiet and peaceful. I loved the additional touches like extra toiletries and snacks, Yesenia is a fantastic host.

Great little place in the area of the Tampa football stadium and the temporary Tampa baseball stadium. Nice neighbors too. Thanks again for hosting!

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly responsive. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and cozy blankets. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. We truly felt like we were in a home away from home. Every detail was carefully considered, and it made such a difference in our experience. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, but this one tops the list. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer retreat, this is the place to be. We were sad to leave and are already planning our return. Don’t hesitate—book this gem! If i could give 100 stars I would. This place is such a vibe. the house is absolutely stunning and they take care of you like you are family. There was coffee in the pantry, they have shampoo, conditioner and body wash if you want to use. The beds are very comfortable and the place is so clean. The outside was great for the kids. The house is located in a really good place close to everything. We felt like we were in our own home. Thank you so much for providing such a great experience for us.

Ann’s house was absolutely spotless and well stocked. The home is beautifully decorated and the linens smelt fresh and clean. Next time we are in the area for a game we will definitely be returning to Ann’s buccaneer bungalow.

My business partner and I needed a place for one night after a late flight into TPA. This place was perfect. Self check-in, spotless, thoughtful drinks in the fridge, soap, shampoo, etc. Just what we needed after a long day of travel!

We had an amazing time at Benji and Kathleen's spot. Our kids, age 6, 3 and 2 were overjoyed with the amenities and toys available. The pool was lovely and I felt confident that my children were safe with the gate around the pool as well as the closed living space on the outdoor patio. We spent a morning at the beach and another morning at the Tampa Zoo but getting back to the house, swimming, relaxing and playing were certainly the memorable highlights of the trip. Benji was also extremely responsive and made sure to check in. We arrived very late from our flight and had no problem finding the house and getting inside. We highly recommend this home for a trip to Palm Harbor/Tampa if you have small children. It was perfect and a great family escape.

Erick's home was stunning, and it truly exceed my expectations. The pool was the highlight of my stay. It was clean, beautifully landscaped, and spacious enough for lounging and swimming. The home itself was comfortable, spot on clean, and plenty of space to unwind. The location was convenient, quiet, and close to the airport. I highly recommend Erick's home!

The place was so cute and right in the middle of everything. If I ever find myself staying over in the Tampa area again, this will definitely be somewhere I come back to!

Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

Stayed here when working for Metallica in Tampa over the weekend I was there. Overall the location was decent with a lot of things close by. You definitely will need a car or Uber around but was overall a good experience. The Ac unit in the room did leak water the first day I was there but the host handled it very quickly and got it situated.

Pretty nice the place and the hospitality

The minute we walked in, we felt at home. Juan’s place was perfectly located within the Westchase area and close to restaurants and entertainment. I would for sure stay here again!

GOOD VIBES!! This condo is amazing! Waterfront, had a bar and food, spots to lay out and tan, heated pool. Chris was an amazing host, let us check in early, super clean, smelt good inside, super responsive , accommodating and helpful. Will book again in the future. thank you!!! 5 stars:)

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

This place was perfect! We found that whatever we needed or forgot was provided in the condo. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and loved sitting with our coffees (lots of varieties) on the balcony. Definitely be returning.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

This place was very clean, and up to date inside. Hot tub was such a plus. Everything matched the photos! Very good price!!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.

Our stay at Alan's place was absolutely fantastic! Alan was incredibly responsive and helpful. The condo was perfect for our weekend golf tournament. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to others!
