Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in West Yorkshire

Our second stay at the lovely Olive Branch. Such a perfect location for riverside walks, beers at the brewery or delicious pub meals (or all three!) Great communication ahead of our stay, the room was tidy and had all we needed. Can't wait to come back again!

What an amazing house, dog friendly, too! Perfect location for our family wedding. Frances was most helpful and very accommodating. Will stay again next time we visit family in Holmbridge.

We had a great stay and left feeling fully recharged, to complete our mountain bike trip on the Mary Towneley Loop. Pete is a helpful and kind host and we enjoyed his walkable suggestions for an evening meal and breakfast. We rehydrated well with the tea & coffee supplies, had a good shower, and slept well. It's a comfy big bed, in a large airy room that is quiet and clean. Excellent value and happy to recommend.

Lovely guest house, excellent night's sleep. Please note that it seems that Peter does not receive messages sent via AirBnB, and that check-in closes at 10 pm. If you are held up in traffic due to an accident etc and are running late, it is best to let Peter know asap. Unfortunately, as I was using my phone for driving directions, I was not able to answer Peter's calls to confirm the time of arrival (which I had provided via AirBnB but Peter was not notified).

My only disappointment is that I hadn't found this place sooner. We visit Hebden every year or so and this gas got to be one of our bedt stays yet. Flexible, easy to find, great, modern room and bathroom with lots of great little touches that demonstrates Mark doesn't take shortcuts. We'll definitely be back when we next visit. ps, great breakfast set up, with plenty of staff on hand to assist if needed. No cooked breakfast but plenty to choose from and hot tean and coffee on request 👍

Fantastic , spotless clean

Our stay ar Claire’s was very pleasant! The room was big and clean. Comfy bed and fresh clean linen. Lovely bathroom with large bath. Clair was super polite and helpful. Traditional breakfast and nice talk with Claire for beautiful beginning of day. Wonderful experience! Thank you Claire for having us!

Very comfortable room, excellent cooked breakfast, very friendly hosts, nice cosy bar. Reasonable bus service to / from Marsden centre and railway station.

What a fabulous place! We loved everything about our stay here. Kate is a wonderful host and has thought of everything to make your stay perfect. We had a superb dinner and breakfast and even joined the pub quiz night (against our better judgement!). We’ll be back at the earliest opportunity.

I had a lovely stay at Nancy and Steve's place. Thornton is a lovely community and I had a lovely walk across the viaduct and immersed myself in the Brontë history (had a guided tour of the Brontë birthplace, attended a Brontë retreat event, visited the Brontë stone in the cemetery and wandered around the Old Bell Chapel ruins). The stay was very relaxing and Nancy and Steve were so accommodating and friendly. The house is historic, atmospheric and quirky, with lovely artwork and furnishings. The bed was very comfy and the bath welcomed. I'll definitely stay again when in the area!

Manya was an absolutely wonderful host and we really enjoyed our stay in her home. The location is perfect, with anywhere in Hebden Bridge within walkable distance. The breakfast that Manya provided was delicious and filling. We had a lovely time and would definitely return!

Just got home from a fab stay at the B&B. The hosts went above and beyond for us offering an early check in otherwise we wouldn't have been able to come. The accommodation was immaculate and the location was perfect. The couple were friendly and so helpful, we will definitely be back when we are staying in the area again. It was a lovely trip, would definitely recommend :)

This was the perfect stay for a local wedding - the hosts were the friendliest and most accommodating of our arrival, plans and all requests we had during our stay. Would give 6 stars 🌟 for the hosts if this was possible as they couldn’t have been more friendly welcoming. The bacon sandwiches for breakfast were spot on and the bar in the pub was incredibly welcoming. The room was clean and had everything we needed, the bed was really comfortable as well. Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The White Swan! Di was super helpful and responsive, the room itself was lovely, very clean, full of amenities and bed super comfy. We also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast in the pub, they were even able to accommodate for my gluten allergy which I was grateful for. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again ☺️

My husband and I have had a lovely relaxing stay here. With a very comfy bed and a pristine clean room. Then we met our amazing hosts, who both go above and beyond to make customers comfortable. The Restaurant is lovely, the Pub Food is fantastic, Breakfast is 5 star, Coffees amazing. What more can we say other than we would definitely stay again. Thank you so much Diane and John.

Our Wild Rose Deluxe Room at The White Swan was wonderful- spotlessly clean, lovely decor and gorgeous bathroom with a great shower! Breakfast served in the pub with bacon sandwiches, juice and coffee was such a lovely touch as was the drinks tray with a nice range of drinks and biscuits. Finished to a high standard and a lovely bed! Our hosts were incredibly helpful with checking in, getting a local taxi and navigating the local area. Would highly recommend staying at The White Swan. It’s located in a beautiful area and is a wonderfully quiet and peaceful stay. Thank you!
