I've stayed at Ryan’s place every time I’m in town for business—it’s my go-to spot. This little apartment has everything you need: a peaceful vibe, reliable internet for working remotely, and it’s just a short walk to the center of town. The street is beautiful and tree-lined, which adds to the charm and it has an off street parking spot. But what really makes it special are the hosts—Ryan and Carolyn are warm, welcoming, and always make me feel at home. Always a pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended.

This apartment was perfectly located one block from where my dad resides in assisted living. The bed was super comfy as was the sofa! I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

Booked this at the last minute for a quick one night stay. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to check in within the hour. When we arrived we were in awe of the beauty of the property, so well kept, peaceful and inviting. The place is so serene, and everything about it made us wish we could stay longer. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable and spacious with everything we could have needed. We hope to come back when we can stay longer.

Great place to stay! plenty to do and literally a 5min walk over the bridge to old town. If you are from out of town it is great place to check out old town shops and we even played mini-golf. The unit itself was very nice and just like the photos. The amenities are also amazing. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. I will be looking to staying here again.

Mary is such a great and super responsive host! Her home is exactly as pictured and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Loved having the tub in the master room! We were also able to do laundry there which is a huge plus when traveling with an 11 month old! Thank you Mary for a great experience and for your wonderful hospitality.

We stayed at Sean's bungalow as we were moving out of our house and couldn't have been happier! The house had more than enough space for our family and a fantastic fenced backyard that our little one really enjoyed. Everything is also labelled inside the house, and we appreciated this attention to detail so much as it made finding things very easy. Sean is also very responsive! We would definitely recommend this house, especially if you're looking for somewhere to stay for longer periods and need a little bit more space. Thanks again!

Wonderful place to stay with the family! There's a nice park nearby, the highway is a few minutes drive and the location was quiet and easy to find. I was very pleased with Thao's communication and personalized effort given to our stay, we felt special for sure. I would definitely recommend staying here! Place was perfect for a group of 6 adults! The house is very well-kept & clean. Jennifer was very responsive & easy to communicate with. Overall great place to stay if you’re ever in the area.

The Nihao home was perfect for our event held at Discovery Park (NorCal CrossFit Classic). It was a quick 7 minute drive. There is a beautiful development called The Rivers, right beside this home that was perfect and safe for walking and running. The home was clean and uncluttered. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the right amount of kitchen utensils, pans, glassware, etc. Again, the kitchen was uncluttered, pristine clean and we felt great about using it. It was a nice perk to have Netflix and some other TV options connected and available. The washer and dryer was an additional plus. We were totally happy with our choice of Nihao Home.

I absolutely loved my stay at Kelly’s place. It’s comfortable, beautiful, and peaceful. I especially appreciated the well appointed kitchen, as I like to cook. Kelly was a friendly, respectful, and responsive host. Recommended.

Frank was a great host, he always responded very promptly. The house was very beautiful, well kept and with the open floor plan it did not look all cluttered. All of the appliances and furniture were in very good condition. Restaurants and shopping are about 2 miles away as well as Old Sacramento about 2 miles in the opposite attraction. The only bad thing is that it is on a fairly busy street so you do hear the traffic noise and there is a train track across the street. If you are a light sleeper this could be a problem. The 1st night in the house there were at least 5 trains go by during the night and they do blow their horns (not in front of the house but down the street but you do hear it). The next night I did not hear any trains during the night unless I had already gotten used to it. Overall a great value for the money.

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

was pretty cozy and close to old sacramento and downtown. right next to the freeway but if you closed the windows you cant hear it at all!

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Great stay and great place! I was only at Danielle's place for a quick night but it was a nice-sized condo that met all of my needs.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

The Crow’s Nest is perfect and I would definitely stay there again! The location is great and just a couple blocks from the Golden 1 Center. The condo is so cute and clean and well organized. The hosts were super nice and helpful. I really appreciated the extra touches like coffee and cream, Q-tips and lotion in the bathroom, plenty of extra towels and toilet paper, a well stocked kitchen, etc. You can walk almost anywhere you need to, but there is also an assigned parking spot in a secure lot which was super helpful on a busy weekend in downtown Sacramento. The balcony is spacious with a nice view of the sunset. The pool was also a nice and quiet area to go swimming and relax in the sun. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!
