The accommodation was very nicely furnished and had everything you need. It should be noted that there are only two single beds and it is very noisy. The hosts were very nice and always available. The area is lively and you can do many things. We will be happy to come back!

We are very happy with your stay. The cottage offers more space than we expected, it is clean and very well equipped. The garden is beautiful, big, perfect for children. By car you can get to the store or the beautiful beach in a few minutes. We spent 6 days in Kołcze, went on trips, relaxed on the beach, and even made a grill. Thanks! It was great at your place!

The House seems tiny from the outside but that is not the case. the spacious interior is very comfy and with it's terrace at your footstep, you can have a very good time here. The Yard is equipped with a nice.little.playground and my 2yo son had a lot of fun there. The road to the compound is not paved yet but depending on the direction you come from you can at least avoid the bumpy roads. The compounds is located close enough to city centre for a little walk and shopping is located close enough to reach it in a short amount of time by car. The owner of the house is super nice and lives close enough in case there is anything you need. so this was a blast as well. All in all I can really recommend this BNB

Highly recommended especially for families, the property is as described and the hosts on site are very friendly. The location is top everything you need on site, supermarket, restaurants etc.

We had a super nice stay! The house is fantastic - you wake up with a view of the lake and fall asleep. The living room with fireplace (and lake view!) is cozy and the owner happened to be on site and very helpful and likeable. The sauna was the icing on the cake. The beach is also not far (2.5 km) and we felt completely comfortable. Thank you so much, we will be happy to come back!

Accommodation was super clean, staff very friendly and wishes were fulfilled immediately. Playgrounds available for all ages and in top condition. We can recommend it 100% accommodation and nearby beach. Unfortunately little activities for children outside the complex. Some very unfriendly Poland (e.g. welcome was not replenished, you were later served as a countryman), outside the complex. German language skills are usually not available. There is also little knowledge of English. As a result, communication is usually very difficult. But they didn't want to understand the subjective feeling.

We stayed at the property for 4 days and I have to say it exceeded our expectations. We arrived around 5 pm and were able to find something to eat from a menu, which was then delivered to us, the food was a dream. Also the breakfast we picked out for the next morning was top notch. The place was very clean and left nothing to be desired. In the evening we could even enjoy the sauna and hot tub. We will be happy to come back

Perfect accommodation for groups. Many activities are possible on the property, and in the building in case of bad weather.

Everything new and nicely furnished, also accordingly clean. Pleasantly empty and quiet. Absolutely recommended

The property is located just outside the historic city center in a pretty quiet residential area. The room was as shown in the pictures. Both the bathroom and the shared kitchen were well equipped. The only small drawback may be the fridge in the room, which occasionally makes quiet noises. The outdoor area has convinced us very much with its ping pong table, a BBQ area and a small pool. Overall a nice place to stay on the Baltic Sea coast.

We were as a family with the granddaughter (2 years) in the beautiful house in Dobra for a week in May - especially the beautiful adjacent forest, where we could collect numerous cones, snail shells and small stones as well as observe and hear animals, enchanted the little one. Ryszard was always available, made sure that we were allowed to use the pool before June, surprised us with cake and honey and was always there for us. Because we only had two sunny days and otherwise some rain, we also used the fireplace diligently, which created a great atmosphere. The rooms/the house in general is exactly as described, the high chair was not there at first, but was immediately provided and it is really quiet, as others have said, you can relax wonderfully. In the small village, you can wonderfully watch cows and chickens with the small children, there is also a small cute playground, just be careful of the neighboring dogs in the village!

The hosts were very nice and we had a nice time. The facility was very neat and clean. Unfortunately, many restaurants were still closed in the off-season. The Baltic Sea beach was great. Price - performance was right and the accommodation is recommended.

The place was very nice. Everything was so necessary in the kitchen, I personally would have liked a toaster, but you can't have everything. 😀 On cold days, the accommodation got cold quite quickly and the heating in the bathroom was not sufficient, so we froze a little. On the day of departure, I learned that there are mobile heaters that you could have gotten. It would be nicer if it were available in the space. Ms. Zofia Belvilla was personally not on site, but the woman who took care of everything on site is very friendly and helpful, despite the fact that she can't speak German and I can't speak English well. The communication was via Whats App and worked wonderfully. We will definitely be back at some point!

The place and resort are great. The house is smaller than it appears on the photos. It was still a great place to stay with the family, close to beaches, shopping and the city, yet still calm and green. We would visit again.
