The house is huge, with all the facilities and super clean! Nikos, Mrs. Harikleia's son, is very hospitable, friendly and made sure we didn't miss anything! Very important that they accept pets and are very animal lovers themselves! The house is located inside a large farm, where you can enjoy nature and quietness, while it is just ten minutes from Kastoria. Of course we will stay at Nikos' house again when we visit the area again!

Mr. Alexandros is a great host who gave us very useful directions to the city and was very proactive. The house was fully equipped and provided everything (even ingredients for toast or toothbrushes in case we had forgotten ours). The house is very centrally located and for a walk in the city you don't need the car! I highly recommend staying as the experience was better than five-star hotels!

Very beautiful apartment, very close to the center.

It's like being at home has everything inside!! ( literally). The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient for family has a double playground and courts. Hosts are very helpful and kind. I highly recommend it!!!

It was a great stay for us! We spent four days of relaxation in nature. The house was one of the best we have stayed in and ideal for families and large groups.. large, comfortable spaces, very useful layout, beautiful and special objects in all areas.. lovely yard! Mr. Vassilis was a great host and Max was a great company!! I hope we can visit this stay again and explore more sights in the area!!

We had a wonderful stay in Kipoi and enjoyed the whole Zagori region. There are so many beautiful villages to visit and wonderful trails to hike. The area has a fascinating history. The old stone buildings and bridges set in the gorgeous natural landscape is truly something out of a fairytale. Our host Anastasia was the best! She was so friendly and went the extra mile to help us find what we were looking for and make our holiday special. We experienced the generous Greek hospitality in the way she cared for us. The house is unique and cute. We called it our Hobbit House because of the arched door and windows and the hole to the spiral staircase. We enjoyed relaxing and eating out on the large patio. Mr. Nikos was impeccable ! Our house had fresh bread, milk, cereals ,coffee , honey, oranges so that every day we have breakfast as there is nothing open in the village. The house was warm , spotless, and the linens smelled delicious. The ski resort of Vasilitsa is very close and the village of Cave also where there were dining options. We'll definitely visit the place again.

We stayed in this house a group of 12 people and had a great time. The house was big and with all the basic amenities we needed for our stay. The village was beautiful, with a great atmosphere and views, ideal for relaxation and excursions in nature. Alexis very helpful. Overall it was a great choice for our stay!

Fantastic and homely studio flat. Very comfortable, charming design and all the facilities you’ll need. Great little terraced garden too. Quiet, residential (and hilly!) neighbourhood. You’ll need a car (and satnav!) but ideal location to explore the amazing Macedonian Royal Tombs and museum at Vergina. Appreciated Ermioni’s clear instructions, easy access and kind, welcoming cakes!

Very nice place. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood near the center on foot or by car. The house is equipped with everything you need. Friendly welcome with a treat. I have nothing negative to say. Everything is excellent.

The house was amazing just like in the photos spotless and warm and with hot water, K. Konstantina very helpful and always smiling to help us with everything, surely if we meet again in the area it will be our first choice!
