I was pleased with how clean and tidy Sergios’ accommodation was, and Sergios himself was very pleasant - both to share the accommodation and to chat with! Great recommendations for local amenities and very responsive over message. My privacy was also always respected and I was able to fully relax every day after work. My room was comfortable and homely, with great natural light from the garden-facing window. Overall, I would recommend any prospective guest make the most of Sergios’ hospitality and enjoy his accommodation.

The hosts were very friendly & helpful, it was a warm day & they'd left cold drinks in the fridge which were greatly appreciated after a long journey. The flat was beautifully decorated & clean (loved the scents in reed diffusers & the hand soap 😍) Beds were very comfortable with crisp clean linen. The flat had the feel of a hotel but the comfort of a home. Location was great for us visiting family, but would be a brilliant location as a base for anyone wanting to check out Central Scotland. Walking distance to supermarket & takeaway (which smelled good when we passed!!) Will definitely be back. Thank you!!

KK's place was the perfect home away from home, it was so roomy and comfortable. Everything you need in accomodation. Close to public transport and main roads. Great location to spend days in Edinburgh and quiet nights at home. Totally worth the walk up the stairs, even with 4 suitcases 😀 Would recommend to everyone!

Relia is a wonderful host, she helped me quickly and easily after a pretty ugly location (I had a traffic accident), allowed me a super quick check-in and took wonderful care of me. The apartment is very nice, a great renovated house, the room was absolutely fine, I felt very comfortable. The roommates were also super nice. I would recommend anyone to stay here, it's a nice place to be.

A great location if you're wanting to get to both Glasgow and Edinburgh, as we did. At the last minute I had to not travel (broken wrist) but my son was runniing in the Edinburgh marathon and Kirsty easily moved communication to my son. He sent photos of the place and said it was really lovely with everything you could need.

Annes place was lovely and quiet, comfortable bed, warm room. Ideal for me as i was only there for one day. Lovely lady.

Fabulous and luxurious stay, immaculately clean, delightful deep soaker tub, cozy bedding, and perfect location to explore the region. Highly recommend!

Very clean and super easy to get back and forth to Edinburgh.

A fantastic location right by the water in South Queensferry, just steps from a bakery, coffee shops, restaurants. A few steps further to transit and a grocery store, and everything you need. We loved the stay, the whole place was really great, especially for a family. Two minor items: As international travellers, we rely on wifi to stay in touch with family and look things up. While wifi is advertised, it was extremely slow (tested multiple times) and spotty. The other item is that the floor is very squeaky throughout most of the flat. For most travellers, this will not be an issue, but if you have kids sleeping (as we did), it might keep them up (as we experienced). Other than those two items, we loved our stay and would stay again!

Absolutely faultless stay. I came to Edinburgh for the marathon festival and this place really made it a perfect weekend. Easy enough to get into the city and it was such a cosy clean place to come back to after a long day. Liz is such a kind host - I asked for some advice on getting about for part of my trip a few days before and she was right on it with so many helpful suggestions. Couldn't recommend more.

Great flat to stay for few days. As it was also on the ground floor, it meant that it was accessible to everyone and specially for my elderly parents who the booking was for. Place was clean and well looked after. John was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive when I needed to get in touch. Would highly recommend and it will be my go to if I need to rent somewhere again.

My employees stayed at Tommy's property as a home away from home for a work trip. Host was helpful and friendly, always proactive with responses and very accommodating. This is a lovely place to stay. Feels very homely and decorated lovely. Only a short train journey into Edinburgh.

This is a lovely place to stay in Falkirk. It is a short walk (10 minute) from the train station which has quick (30 minute) links to Edinburgh and Glasgow. The flat is clean, well equipped and exactly as shown in the photos. It is in a quiet setting. Eileen is a great host. She provided accurate instructions on getting there. She met us at the flat and provided all sorts of suggestions for dining, grocery stores etc. She was quick to respond when we contacted her with a question. There was an out-of-her-control issue with the flat internet when we were there. She kept us informed of what was being done to rectify the situation and compensated us fairly for the outage. I would recommend this flat for a stay in Scotland’s central belt.

Great location. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Only short walk to grass market area, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

A beautiful and spacious apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Very impressive views. It was very easy to get a bus into the centre of Edinburgh. We really appreciated and highly recommend the jacuzzi bath after running the Edinburgh Marathon!! Bulhar was great with communication. Also some extra touches were really appreciated - shampoos,conditioner and shower gel and other toiletries available to use in the bathroom. Also some soft drinks and teas and coffees available as well, which was very generous. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

Lovely stay at Matt's place - especially loved the hot tub and the chickens! Matt was really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Loved the location, so many pubs/shop within 5 minutes of walking. Also great that we could drop off our bags in the morning before check in. Super responsive!

I would say this place is definitely a grate we gem 💎 we were so happy here Lorraine was so lovely nothing was a bother and on hand anytime 😊 me and my family will definitely be coming back would hiyly recommend coming here I honestly would pay more .there was snacks and a complimentary bottle of prosseco tea coffee milk 🥛 fabulous 👌 5 star 🌟

Incredible apartment, perfect location, highly recommended

Lesley was a welcoming, kind and friendly host. Everything was perfect in the apartment and exactly as described. It was helpful to have her living on site as she could assist us with any issues immediately; especially with bad weather warnings and giving directions and tips about the area. She was flexible with the checkout times due to the snow which helped us alot. She facilitated our pet cat very well. We are grateful to her for sharing her beautiful home so warmly and generously. We highly recommend this location as its beautiful and would come again. We give Lesley a full, 5 star thumbs up for her impeccable service. Thanks!

Beautiful apartment. Was greeted and warmly welcomed. All the essentials were left for us in the kitchen including bread, butter, milk and even bottle of Prosecco to accompany us in the luxurious hot-tub. Worth the stay if you are visiting the area!
