Pet-friendly holiday rentals in West Lake

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt. Es gibt einige Cafés und ein Fitnessstudio gleich gegenüber. Außerdem findet man mehrere Restaurants (Burger, Vietnamesisch und ein Michelinrestaurant) direkt in der Straße. Es gibt auch ein veganes Restaurant ums Eck, das den ganzen Tag abdecken kann, von Frühstück bis Abendessen. Die Straßenverkäuferinnen für Saft fehlen auch nicht und sind sehr nett. Die Vermieterin war perfekt und hat sich rund um die Uhr gekümmert. Außerdem hat sie uns wertvolle Empfehlungen gegeben und bei allem unterstützt 😊 Alles in allem sag ich danke für den Aufenthalt und kann diesen jedem empfehlen 😊👌

We had a great stay with Tea, she was so helpful with local gems including activities, sightseeing, food recommendations, and more. She was a great communicator and very responsive. If it’s your first time here I would absolutely recommend Tea and her place as she was so helpful.

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. Thanks for the great stay!

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely experience staying in a more traditional style Vietnamese home in a residential area. Every amenity is in a different floor so you'll be going up and down stairs all day - we quite liked it after a while. Piano and wall paintings a nice touch. Had everything we needed and having such space was wonderful. Beds were a bit too hard though. It is about 15-20 walk the main old quarter area, having to cross a very busy road which can be hairy at times. But on this side of the road there's local cafes, shops, Winmart etc. Mostly very quiet at night which was lovely and unusual for Vietnam! Hosts were very kind and polite, and helpful when we had trouble with the lock. Tip: try and keep bedroom doors shut as mozzies love to come in via bathrooms!

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

Hoa has been absolutely delightful to interact with and is a treasure. We love it here. We are already planning our next visit to this magnificent location. The apartment is lovely with a very comfortable living space and a darling balcony that even has a washing machine. We have enjoyed leisurely walks on the miles of pathways around the lagoons that are right downstairs from the apartment. While strolling in the area we’ve spent time exploring the many excellent cafés and have been content with the extensive convenience store and supermarket resources. Even the minimarts have a wide array of fresh produce and meat and dairy products. Found the multiple local pharmacies to be well stocked and able to fulfill most of our prescription medication needs. Everything is walking distance, including the world class Bat Trang Museum, Swan Lake, and numerous other meticulously maintained parks and lakes. Magical Hanoi City Centre is a manageable 35-40 minute drive. This place is hard to beat!

Located just above the a mall with many restaurants and amenities. One of the more well maintained and clean unit in times city as they did a renovation recently. However, the neighbors are quite active and loud and you can hear them speaking and chatting after 11pm close to midnight even.

It was a great stay. Clean and nice place. Love to stay again. Van was responsive and helpful.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and just like the picture. The building is near Lotte West Lake. The host is friendly and attentive. She guided me to the supermarket and gym nearby. I will come back again.

We stayed 2 months with our 2 children. The room was clean and comfortable and the facilities were nice and convenient. Betty and David were great hosts and helped us when needed. There is a large park nearby with some animals which was a good experience for the kids.

The host responded very quickly and was very kind. They recently adjusted the schedule for us and were always attentive during our stay, asking if we needed anything or if cleaning was required. Whenever something didn’t work properly, they immediately sent staff to fix it, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this host’s accommodation.

Logement fort sympathique, bien situé et atypique. L'hôte était très réactive.

The place was so comfortable and had all you could need. Despite not being in the city centre we found that there was still much to do locally. Taxis are super affordable for when travelling and had no issues commuting there from the property. I would say it is much more peaceful than the city centre. There’s an amazing view from your window so the curtains were always open for us. Host was also super helpful. Was an amazing stay and would love to come back!

Tôi đã “wow” khi tới nhận phòng, vô cùng yên tĩnh, nhiều cây cối cùng ánh sáng tự nhiên. Thiết bị, đồ dùng đều tốt, sạch sẽ cũng như Ann support rất nhiệt tình. Đây sẽ là nơi tôi đặt phòng mỗi khi đến Ha Noi!!!!

Alex’s apartment is amazing. Very comfortable bed, awesome bathroom, and great amenities. The pool and gym are great even for a fee they were worth it. Alex is also an amazing host and answered all of the questions we had. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Hanoi.

as in the pictures, awesome penthouse. could be cleaner and body entered apartment 4 times in the two days we stayed, one time even without our knowledge. that was not too much appreciated. but otherwise i would book again

Lovely host and a homey find, we felt right at home. The room was squeaky clean and aesthetically stylish. Our host was so helpful with everything and even kindly stayed up late to greet us. Highly recommended!
