Family-friendly holiday rentals in West Lake

Gorgeous stay, I’d definitely recommend for anyone who wants their own private accom in Hanoi. I didn’t spend a lot of time at the place since I was mostly out exploring, however the place was set up to accommodate your own cooking if you wanted to. And the one night I stayed in with the balcony bath was highly relaxing and exactly what I needed. Vivian was super helpful and communicative, which made the stay a lot easier. As well as helping organise things like airport transfers. This added a lot of ease to my trip. Ultimately, would stay here again.

Hosts are super responsive and helpful. The place is spacious and clean. It is in a great location in french quarter too. Near famous restaurants and the Hoan Kiem Lake. Will recommend this to my family and friends!

Spent few days at Loc Homestay and really love this place . It felt like home!! This place was so cool when we first walked in when the outside temperature was 100 *F . Host was so friendly , answered all the questions and on top of that , she let us check in super early !! Will definitely recommend this place !!!

미딩 지역에서 걸어다니기 수월합니다. 바로 앞이 공터이긴 하지만 시끄럽지 않습니다. 미딩이 한인타운이라면 길 건너편인 이곳은 로컬느낌이 조금 더 있습니다. 필요한 것은 다 있습니다. 침대도 깨끗했고 주방도구들도 모두 잘 갖춰져있었습니다. 냉방도 잘 되었습니다. 럭셔리하지는 않았지만 가격대비 완벽했습니다. 감사합니다.

Beautiful place with a perfect location. With Uber's being about 1 USD per trip, this location was perfect for the price. You get so much for how much it costs and it is just great.

We stayed at Thao’s place for almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like home away from home. So sad to leave! The apartment is super spacious and nicely decorated. There are 3 balconies to choose from and a gorgeous rooftop! It is bright and clean and you rarely hear the noise from the street or neighbours. Location is great - away from the madness of the old town but easily walkable. The local area has great restaurants and cafes too. This apartment would be perfect for a short or a long stay. Thao goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. She is kind, responsive and helpful. Truly an incredible host. We will definitely be back should we return to Hanoi. Thank you so much!

サービスアパートメントとして相当上等なお部屋でした。 まわりにコンビニやスーパー、レストランが見当たらないという立地的な意味では観光の拠点にはしづらいかもしれませんが、ホテルで同クラスのところに泊まることを考えればタクシー代を使うことになってもこちらのほうがイイのでは、というのが個人的な感想です。 現地の管理にあたっている人はベトナム語オンリーですが、ホストとの連絡は(英語で)スムーズに取り合えます。 気持ちの良い滞在経験でした。

Overall everything was fine, Anh is very communicative and speaks good English. You can always agree with the owner if something is wrong in the apartment. Also, all the residents in the building always made me feel very welcome - everyone was smiley and cheerful.

Super logement pour vivre à Hanoï. À l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville, cet hébergement est idéal. Service ménage, gardien, parking et appareils ménagers parfaits. Petit bémol pour le manque de vaisselle, inconvénient seulement si vous comptez y vivre.

Excelentní ubytování v klidné čtvrti, nedaleko autobusového nádraží. K použití je celý prostorný byt ve druhém patře vily. Postele i polštáře jsou pohodlné, k dispozici je toaleta se sprchou, kuchyňka a velký pokoj s postelí, sedací soupravou a dostatkem prostoru. Víc popsat nejde, protože jsme přijeli pozdě večer a brzy ráno jsme museli být na autobusovém nádraží, kam nás velmi ochotně odvezl syn majitelky. Děkujeme a DOPORUČUJEME!!!

We had a great time there - it was basically the best way to end our time in Vietnam. Truong's place is right next to the Westlake, a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. There are lots of nice cafes within a minute walking distance and also local restaurants around. We had a very late check-in (after mid-night), but Truong was so nice coming around and introducing us to his apartment. Thanks a lot! We definitely recommend this place!

Thuy’s house is beautifully decorated and the perfect place for a family. She is very hospitable and ensured that everything was taken care of for our stay. The detailed guide she left in the house for us was very informative and helpful.

I can only say the best things First off all: we needed to change our dates of stay and our host was very flexible with that and she was eager to help us. She was always respondent very fast and resolve problem is any occure. The place is exactly like in the photo, 3 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms. It is in great location byt in the same time is very quite, so we really had a great stay. We was in the colder season and hist gave us heater that gave us so warm welcome. last but not least: Beds are very comfortable. Definilty worth the price and worth recommendation.

Chủ nhà nhiệt tình. Dễ thương. Nhà sạch thoáng. Đồ gì trong nhà cũng xịn xò nhất là đối với bạn nào nghiện đồ bếp và mấy dụng cụ như tụi mình. Chăn mền và ghế sofa thoải mái. Góc với đồ vật trong nhà chỗ nào cũng sống ảo được 😍. Bước chân xuống dưới là mall. Dọc 2 bên đường quán ăn sáng, trưa, tối nào cũng ngon. Mình thấy rất phù hợp với những bạn đi công tác hoặc team đông người. So với các loại căn hộ ở Hà Nội thì mình thấy ở đây là suất sắc nhất. Siêu tiện ích.

Vans place is an exellent and luksurious apartment. We really enjoyed our stay specially my kids with the rooftop pool in hot Hanoi. We would recomment Vans place anytime.

Very nice place as advertised. Nice lake view, and a lot of hotel amenities like bars, pools, golf, ping pong and pool tables. About 20 minutes from old town.

the entrance is located in behind of building so it is difficult to find a little bit. but when you enter it, it is gorgeous place and very comfortable

Mai was a great host. She answered all questions and concerns promptly both before check-in and during our stay. When we arrived a few things were not as pictured or promised, and she had the staff correct them faster than one would think possible. On the downside, the promised view of "All rooms feature big window with stunning view over West Lake and beautiful landscape" was not true. The bedroom window looked out over a side street that was fine. But the living room/dining area had a view of a roof directly abutting the window, with a large water tank on top and then construction. There was no view of a lake or any landscape. The noise from the construction was bothersome at times, but never in the evening, so if you are out all day it would not be an issue. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.
