Perfect location for our stay. The house was in great condition and very comfortable to stay in. Brian was very responsive and we look forward to renting again in the future.

The location of this lovely home is close to the Touchmark retirement community. Proximity makes visits to elderly family members easy - and it is walkable.

I don't think there was a single thing that wasn't thought of to provide a wonderful stay. Very responsive and informative as well as a wonderful setup. My husband just saying she's thought of everything! Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality

The guest cottage felt like it was brand new. Very well equipped, very clean, comfortable, no complaints.

Loved this place! The neighborhood is quiet and pretty and being tucked back behind the main house felt private and cozy. Despite being small, the space actually felt very open and comfortable. We really appreciated Susanna’s clear check in instructions and the care she puts into making the space feel homey and welcoming. I recommend taking a morning walk to Posies Cafe and enjoying the beautiful park nearby. 100% would stay here again!

We lucked out choosing this place. The space itself was so unique and the details well thought out. The location is awesome; the owners are very kind as were the locals in the community. Wonderful!

We were so happy to be back in Portland and Peregrine’s place made our visit that much better! Beautiful house with lovely porches, gardens and within walking distance of great food and coffee. The accommodations were thoughtful and the bed sooo comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

Yongping’s home was perfect for our needs! Very close to OHSU for early morning doctor appointments and it had good WiFi for zoom appointments as well! It was so nice to have this clean, comfortable space as a home base during our very busy, stressful day! It’s a beautiful location as well! Very close to hiking trails and a quick walk or drive to incredible views of the city and Mt. Hood! The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Yongping was also very accommodating to our request for early check in and late check out due to our zoom appt times! We really appreciated that! Overall it was a lovely experience! ***as described, this is the middle floor of a house with residents upstairs and below. They were pretty quiet, but we did hear noise from the dryer in the laundry room after 10pm. Just be aware if you are sensitive to sound***

This is my favorite air bnb I’ve ever stayed out. The location was great, the space was so beautiful and so affordable. Jim was amazing so friendly and helpful with recommendations. He didn’t make us do any of the cleaning, had seltzer waters and coffee for us on top of everything else, and was just so lovely and pleasant. Thanks so much Jim! Your home is so wonderful.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful, helping us resolve a couple small issues shortly after we arrived. The place was quiet and peaceful, with very little noise for a basement apartment. Our family of four with 9 and 11 year old kids was maxing out the bed space. The kids reported the sofa bed was a bit small. We loved the neighborhood and the hosts. Thanks again!

Amazing Airbnb! The location is great- being close to the city yet having a bit more quiet. The owners are truly the best. They continually went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their communication was consistently impressive, from my initial inquiry prior to booking all the tickets at through checkout. I was traveling with twin newborns & they were so helpful in setting my trip up for success. The Airbnb itself is thoughtfully arranged & more than you could ask for. Their back yard is AMAZING! Great open green space, camp fire area, dining & a great play set. We plan to be back soon! (: 10/10 would highly recommend!

We stayed here as we were attending an event at the Portland Expo center which was a close drive. Nice little neighborhood, and cute little place to stay.

My friend and I stayed at Paula’s place while visiting Portland for a comedy show/birthday trip and it was a wonderful stay!! I LOVED how clean everything was with no chemicals! I often have to go unplug air fresheners at air bnbs, and I loved that it was beautifully clean and great and don’t have any chemical smells! It was quiet and had great access to lots of fun spots! We traveled all over town. The best was super comfy and the kitchen was great. They even had a bottle of wine for us! Overall it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely stay again and 10/10 recommend the space! -Briana

Great value and it was above my expectations when I walked into the house. I had a great use of the kitchen and the AC was definitely a huge bonus during the summer heat. Rich was very good in communications and I felt like I was well taken care of

Great place, very clean, lots of amenities. A little hard to find and chack in, but the photo directions from the host really help. There is a grocery store about a 1 min walk from the apartment which was really handy. Close to the water and centrally located. Overall, very nice.

I live nearby and needed a place to stay during a minor remodel - picked this one because it was so close to groceries and restaurants. Very convenient, clean, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen. No problem finding parking on the street. No AC, but stayed cool and pleasant even when the weather got hot. My only complaint was flies (outside) from the chickens next door - Bee got fly traps right away when I mentioned it, but there’s only so much she can do.

We enjoyed the large spaces, especially the living/dining/kitchen area. The dining table was ideal for board games, and it was nice that we could all sit comfortably in the living room. The bed linens were very soft, even though the beds themselves weren't as comfortable (for us -- very subjective). The master bath had some minor detritus in the tub from the skylight too, but everything else was spotless. All in all, we had a lovely time, and Mary Jean was thoughtful, respectful, and helpful.

Definitely best for a solo traveler or couple. Would recommend traveling light just so you’re not tripping over your luggage. The neighborhood felt super safe and was quiet. Definitely would come back in the future :)
