The Little Annexe is a self contained detached unit. Set within our farmland near rural Warninglid, we are located within the High Weald area of outstanding natural beauty. Access to public footpaths allow you entry into the beautiful woodlands and surrounds. Ideally situated: 6 miles from both Horsham and Haywards Heath. Only a 15 min drive to Gatwick Airport. We are also local to event venues including Slaugham Place, Cisswood, Hyde Estate, Brookfield Barn, Bolney Wine Estate, South Lodge.

Private parking on site. Recent new kitchen area & shower fitted for guests comfort, to enable longer stays.

Set in grounds of main house, it provides the perfect spot to rest and relax in luxury after a day walking/cycling the South Downs Way/Link. Brighton is on your doorstep 8 miles , or the beach 4 miles, it's your choice! Entire guest house studio - West Sussex

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided
