Un appartement de standing aménagé et décoré avec goût, dans une résidence calme et en parfait état d'entretien. Le 32 ème étage avec ses deux terrasses vous offre une vue époustouflante. Le soleil y est présent du matin au soir. Une coté mer et l'autre côté ville pour les petits déjeuners au soleil et les apéritifs le soir côté mer, un régal. Le linge est fourni, jusqu'au peignoire et chausson, pour la sortie de douche ou jacuzzi. Les instructions avant le départ et à l'arrivée ont été très claires, merci à Patricia pour son accueil chaleureux, sa discrétion et ses instructions. Nous avons passé un superbe grand week-end avec en prime le beau temps. Je recommande. Seul bémol, manquerai une place de stationnement car attention, le stationnement sur Ostende est très onéreux. Un lugar sencillamente excelente. Cerca de todo, bellísimo, súper limpio. un lugar totalmente hermoso y funcional. Incluso había un limpiador de calzado al salir del edificio y un jardín muy bello para tomar el café que nos regalaban cada mañana con una gran sonrisa en la recepción. Estuvimos muy felices en este hermoso Airbnb.

Our second stay at this perfectly located apartment; close to everything, but peaceful and private. Sympathetically restored and updated the apartment retains it's original features and has lovely views over the rooftops of the city. For an old building, it feels spacious and modern, but still cozy. Extensive and well equipped living space for the group to come together. Looking forward to coming back again in the future

We had a lovely, almost 1-week-long stay in Katia and Rinus's apartment with our 3-year-old son. Everything was as described, with a fully equipped kitchen. I cooked several meals flawlessly. The oven has a combined microwave function. Everything was functional, the mattresses were comfortable. The apartment was well prepared and clean when we arrived. The view is magnificent! Many things to do around the city: we visited Brugge, Zwin natural park, strand Harendijke, and went to Zeeland in the Netherlands. We came after a 3-day-long city festival, so the city's cleanliness was not the best. Many constructions were ongoing, making parking a bit hectic. Parking is ~1km away (7,5 EUR / day), and a passenger ferry is available on weekends.

Prima centrale locatie in Oostende! Vlak bij het centrum, haven, winkels en restaurants. Strand vlakbij. Zeer mooi, nieuw appartement met fijne dakterrassen. Prima voorzieningen voor zelfcatering.

Zeer fijn appartement in ♥️ je Oostende ! Met smaak en oog voor details ingericht. Een aanradertje. Wij komen graag nog eens terug. Marjolijn was zeer vriendelijk en reageerde snel. Bedankt!

Fantastic place to stay in beautiful Ieper. Natalie was a very considerate host and communication was excellent. We had a longer stay and it really felt like home. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed - modern, sleek and stylish. The lounge is very comfortable and the balconies also offer another way to enjoy the flat. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and everything is high quality. The toilet is upstairs from the bedrooms so may be an issue for the very young or old or if there are mobility issues. The garage was extremely useful as we had a car and the location couldn’t be better - just two minutes from the centre. We had a wonderful time in Belgium and our stay in Ieper was made all the more enjoyable thanks to Natalie’s outstanding flat and her hospitality.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad! Prachtige omgeving tussen de velden, ideaal om tot rust te komen en bovendien een heerlijke plek voor onze twee dochters om zich uit te leven in de tuin. Tijdens ons verblijf is er een lammetje geboren, dus dat was voor onze dochters helemaal leuk. 😊

Ons verblijf was top, alles super netjes en alles was voorzien. Het huis is heel gezellig ingericht en heel ruim. Hele mooie badkamers met geweldige douches en bad. De honden hebben goed kunnen spelen in de tuin. Een echte aanrader. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Heerlijk lang Hemelvaartweekend gehad. We verbleven met 2 stellen en een hond. We hadden geluk met het weer dus hebben onze tijd voornamelijk in de tuin doorgebracht. Delphine is een fijne host waarvan je direct merkt dat ze haar gasten vertrouwd; jij verblijft immers in haar huis met haar spullen. Erg gastvrij dus! Wij vonden de foto’s totaal niet passen bij het huis en waren positief verrast met wat we aantroffen. Misschien iets om nog aan te passen dus 😊 Mocht je nog een verblijf zoeken in de buurt van Brugge dan is het huis van Delphine zeker een aanrader!

Amazing place! The house was beautiful and in a great location. Marina was an amazing host - super friendly and responsive. Would 100% recommend!

We found Hilde’s beautiful home on a last minute trip away for Easter. We were so impressed with the home, it was much much bigger than we expected!! Hilde was so friendly and lovely when we met to gain access. Although she said her English wasn’t the greatest, she made sure we understood how to work everything in her beautiful home. She also printed out suggests in English of family things to do as we had our 15 month old son. She even went above and beyond to bring over some age appropriate toys for our son from her own house! The whole house was very well equipment and by far the best air b&b I have ever stayed in! The cleanliness was immaculate! Overall…I hope to stay again soon. The only one downfall that we noticed was that the family bathroom did have a sewage smell but that did not effect our stay at all as Hilde has air diffusers and air freshers so we just gave a spray every now and again. If you are looking for a perfect host, perfect countryside then book here!!

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf bij de woning van Stijn. We verbleven met 6 volwassenen, een baby en honden. De ruimtes waren ruim genoeg voor ons gezelschap. Alles is aanwezig en stond netjes klaar voor ons. We voelden ons erg welkom.

Het huis is meer dan compleet ingericht, schoon en verzorgd, alles is nieuw en aan de eerste zaken zoals koffie en thee is gedacht. Prima bedden, uitstekende keuken waarin voldoende pannen en potten voorradig zijn, ook bordjes en kopjes allemaal goed geregeld. Het bedlinnen, handdoeken etc. ook allemaal aanwezig. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en staan zeker open voor vragen, het is een huis waar je lekker kunt relaxen op het terras of gezellig aan de bar zitten in de garage. Wij vonden het met zeven personen in een woord "Super". Helaas waren we er maar twee nachten ivm een geboorteviering dus kunnen we niet veel over de omgeving zeggen, maar wat ons wel opviel was het prachtige landschap rondom, het is zeker de moeite waard om daar te gaan fietsen of wandelen. Das Apartment ist genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet! In der Küche ist eine Grundausstattung vorhanden und auch in den Bädern ist eine Grundausstattung vorhanden (Föhn, Glätteisen, Seife, Tampons etc.). Die Garage liegt etwas 10 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt, jedoch konnten wir zum be- und entladen des Autos direkt vor dem Haus parken. Die Garage ist eng, jedoch dennoch gut nutzbar und sehr nützlich da nur wenige öffentliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Der Blick auf das Meer ist überragend! Die Kommunikation mit Sara ist freundlich und schnell

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar, einfacher Check-in, alles ist in der Wohnung vorhanden, was man braucht. Nebenan ist ein Bäcker, ein Supermarkt und das hat uns absolut gereicht.

LOVED THIS PLACE — booked sebastian’s place for a last-minute Mother’s Day staycation and it was amazing, the proximity to the beach is out of this world the surrounding area is extremely walkable and there’s amazing restaurants everywhere plenty of bars plenty of things to do honestly 10 out of 10 location — also never felt unsafe which was so nice being in a new city even with getting in and out the airbnb Sebastian was an amazing host and quick with his response times i’m already trying to convince my husband to take another trip back to beach so we can experience this stay again thank you sebastian for making a trip to a new city easy peasy lemon squeezy!

For a fabulous stay, right in the centre of Ypres, you can’t beat it! The stairs are worth it for a bright, airy and spacious apartment, which was extremely quiet at night. The black out blinds in the bedrooms work perfectly. Everything you could need for a city stay is within a very short walk. The parking made things even easier. Thank you Ann for a wonderful stay.

Logement lumineux, cosy, de style contemporain, très bien équipé, calme et à deux pas de la mer : nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

The apartment was in a fantastic central location in Ostend, with easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. It was also easy to get to a sandy beach. It was only a few minutes walk from the railway station and bus terminal, which gave quick access to Bruges, Ghent, and Antwerp. The apartment was perfect for four adults with plenty of room to relax. It had all the facilities necessary to self cater, and everything appeared relatively new. The garage was a great asset and the use of two bicycles was appreciated. Communication with the owner was good.

Wir hatten als Familie ein super schönen Aufenthalt in Elkes luxuriösen Apartment in Ostende. Es ist genau wie auf den Bildern liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Ausblick auf den Yachthafen und die Stadt ist traumhaft. Elke hat uns persönlich begrüßt und alles wichtige gezeigt und erklärt. Wir haben von ihr ein tolles Willkommensgeschenk erhalten, worüber wir uns riesig gefreut haben. Die Lage war perfekt, einpaar Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und der Strand gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können das Apartment von Elke von ganzen Herzen weiterempfehlen.
