Cath and Phil really couldn't be more amazing hosts! Thankyou so so much for letting us use your amazing home for my mums hen party!! The house was immaculate, super spacious, set up for a full party and was just honestly incredible. More than I ever imagined!! We made great use of the huge kitchen, dining room, pool room, garden area, living room and much more. I couldn't recommend this house enough for a hen do! Anything you need cath and Phil will be there to help you. Absolutely perfect. Thankyou again cath and Phil, the memories we will cherish forever xxxxx

This was a lovely spacious house with lots of rooms to spread out socially. The pool was the most amazing feature. The host met us at the property to show us how the pool worked and to give us the lockbox code. They were friendly. They let us know we could message them if we needed anything, then they left us to our own privacy. You might need to bring a spare towel so you have one for the pool and one for the shower. Tea and coffee were provided but you need to make sure you have some milk with you. There was toilet roll, And kitchen roll. Washing up liquid. You might want to bring a box of tissues for General use and some multipurpose cleaning wet wipes. We had a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning.

The property and the location was absolutely amazing , me and my friends have made some amazing memories there. The property felt luxurious and there were soo many personalised gifts for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a country escape and I know I want to go back in the future.

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

The house was absolutely incredible and excellent value for money. It was in stunning surroundings, the hot tub was amazing and the exclusive booking system for use of the pool was a lovely addition. The house was spotless and full of character and the private garden was also wonderful. The beds were really comfortable and there was just the right balance of charm, space and comfort. We definitely struck gold when booking this gem. Thanks so much for all of your support in making this a trip to remember!

Fabulous place - we stayed for a week - with 2 teenagers, a preteen and our dog - great field opposite to run the dog morning and evening. Plenty of beautiful walks straight from the front door. 45 minutes to nearest place to eat out. Facilities were great - lots of swimming and football played by our kids. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely cottage in beautiful surroundings, very clean and tidy. My children loved the pool and games room. Easy to get to all the main attractions will be coming back soon. Thank you for a great stay!

so at home, end of cul de sac, surrounded by lots of walks and pathways to park and 10 mins to Cheadle Green. Grace responsive and helpful when questioned asked. lovely garden with seats and cushions. nutrabullet a plus! comfy beds, highly recommend.

The location was perfect — right in the heart of Manchester — and the interior décor was simply stunning. The apartment was immaculately clean and felt like a true home-from-home. Our host went above and beyond from start to finish, making everything seamless — from the booking process to the warm welcome and local tips. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. good location and comfortable

we stayed in Jo's place to visit Manchester with my family. the place was located in Salford quays and within walking distance to the tram station. It was also clean and tidy, and was big enough for the family.

Lisa and John’s place was the absolute perfect Airbnb for our group of 8. The house itself looked even better than the photos and the kitchen, dining room, and outdoor area was especially perfect for sharing meals together. Lisa and John were incredibly welcoming and open for all of our needs. This place was a great deal and I would absolutely stay here again! 10/10 would recommend!

Eddy’s place is perfection. We had the best stay here. It’s in the most fabulous area. It’s so quiet and peaceful and yet a five minute walk from the bustling high street. We would love to stay here again.

We loved the cottage very comfortable amazing views in a beautiful setting. The hot tub overlooking the lake was idyllic. Sarah was a fabulous host nothing was too much trouble. Children friendly games etc well equipped the grandchildren loved the cats visiting, feeding the goats treats and playing in the garden. Plenty of wonderful walks we loved the canal walks stumbled across great cafes pubs and local shops...the local pub the junction had a great menu and food was delicious. We would definitely come back again thanks again Sarah

A wonderful stay! The pictures don’t do the accommodation justice ! An immaculate, modern, home from home stay! The cottage was stunning with views to match! Ita is a wonderful host & very accommodating with all of our requests! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend !

Lovely accommodation that is close to Manchester and Stockport

A great house that met all our needs when visiting nearby family. Equipped with everything you need including some nice touches like children's books and toys. Parking was on the street but plentiful and free. Short walk to shops, takeaways, pubs etc.

Great place to stay. Very good location for us. Clean and spacious, modern. Mitch was very responsive to any questions and bought a highchair for us for our little one. Would recommend to others.

Paula was a great host. Friendly, warm and welcoming and on hand to answer any questions before we arrived. Directions to house were spot on, check in easy. The house was beautiful decorated and furnished throughout. Had all the amenities you could need. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. We had a lovely stay. Charlotte's place was absolutely spotless and it felt like no expense was spared which was so refreshing to see. Everything was just perfect; the beds were super comfy and the bedding was good quality. The kitchen and kitchen applinances were prestine and the views were something else. We also enjoyed a fab sunday lunch at the white hart inn. Highly recommend!

The house was really well equipped, light and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The private back yard was nice altough it rained during our stay so we couldn't use it. Overall it was very clean apart from a couple of minor issues which we have reported to the host. Owing to the narrow street the access to the drive is a bit tight but easy to manoeuvre into with a bit of patience.
