The double mezzanine bed is up a steep ladder and has very restricted head height so requires some agility. The two single bed pods are comfortable. The lower bed pod; suitable for a child/teen has restricted head height. It has free street parking

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. This charming 19th century Old School House is centrally located, a few mins walk to the quay and a short drive to numerous beaches. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The accommodation consists of a main living room/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed & TV, a dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster and dining table overlooking secluded private garden. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.

Little Magnolia is part of a beautiful cottage set in the South Hams with easy access to stunning walks including the south west coast path and a short walk to the amazing estuary. The beaches are 15 minutes away and the market town of Kingsbridge has everything you need including weekly farmers markets and crafts. We have parking and outside seating. Our home is comfortable and welcoming and people love staying here.
