Villa holiday rentals in West Attica Regional Unit

This place is absolutely breathtaking! By far the best Airbnb we have stayed in to date! And we have stayed in several places all over the world. We rented a car for our group but ended up not using it much because we just wanted to stay in the villa all day and enjoy the sun and beach! I think that the pictures did not prepare me for the view we had from the back deck. Not only that, but we spent so much time on the little pebble beach that we had private access to! We had a multigenerational group and all had a great time! The grocery store and restaurants are not far by car (less than 10 min). Georgia and Dimitri are fantastic and all questions were answered promptly. Highly recommend staying here. You will not regret it!

A lovely stay in a charming, brand new and clean house with an amazing patio. Very close to a little secluded beach, a good counterpoint to the busy beaches of the island. The host was very friendly and responsive.

We could not be more happy with this rental. Γιώργος met us personally at the home and showed us around; a human touch not taken for granted. He was very responsive to our needs, always replying within 30 minutes or less. It was a comfortable accommodation for a family of 9 (which included 3 children). We enjoyed cooking from home and dining out on the large, outdoor table with the great view of the sea. Do keep in mind that while there is a bus close by - which we took and easily made our way to the port - if you are with a larger group, especially with children - having your own car is highly recommended.

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

Κάναμε την αποκάλυψη για το φύλο του μωρού μας με οικογένειες και κουμπάρους. Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, όμορφη θέα , πρασινάδα ηρεμία και ησυχία !! Ήμασταν άνετοι όσο αφορά την φασαρία (λόγω παιδιών). Πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο οικοδεσπότης, έμενε στο δίπλα σπίτι και πάντα με διακριτικότητα ρωτούσε εάν είμαστε εντάξει και χρειαζόμασταν κάτι!!! Ότι πρέπει για μεγάλες παρέες!!

The vacation home was great. Lots of space to sit outside and right on the beach. The gardens are well kept and very private. Simply walk out and you are swimming and on the beach. Friendly area and people. I highly recommend this place for a family or couple.

Τα λόγια περιττά πραγματικά το κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχο και ακριβώς ίδιο με αυτά που βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες. Ο Χρήστος ήταν εξυπηρετικότατος και απαντούσα στα μηνύματα άμεσα και ότι του ζητήσαμε το τακτοποιούσε άμεσα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα περάσαμε πάρα πολύ ωραία .

We loved our holiday here - beautiful views, great rooms, and the outside space is incredible. Easy walking distance from shops and restaurants, and the beach! Tasos was a wonderful host, great communication and very happy to help. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. Recently stayed for 6 nights and the The Villa was perfect.Our host Alexandra was present on our arrival and was friendly and welcoming. Gave us a tour of the Villa and was available for any questions on Text. The Villa itself was lovely great space over 3 floors and had separate kitchen in basement. 5 spacious bedrooms and even a lift which was ideal for the less mobile of our group. The outside space is fantastic everything you need. Pool and sun lounges fantastic and used everyday . You have a nice sea view from the villa and even though there is a main road nearby it was never an issue for us. Great location for getting into Vari centre which is about a 1km drive to the shops if you don’t want to walk. The Villa was a great find and well maintained but the local area and roads are quite run down. But this did not cause any issues to us and our visit and stay and would totally recommend this villa. The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

The place is perfect for families with kids. From one side there is no pool which we saw as benefit since you don’t need to look for the kids all the time and they can just ran in the amazing garden, from the other side you can just open the gate at the end of the garden and go to a privet beach. Supper recommended!

Great hosts and great place! Private, quiet with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. There were minor details that could be improved in order to reach excellency. i.e. We couldn't find a wine opener, there was no kitchen cloth to clean the kitchen benches and one set of towels was clean but still very wet. The hosts were very kind, friendly and helpful and gave clean instructions for everything! Overall it was a great experience and would definetly recommend it for families or groups of friends.

This is the absolute place to be, the house and its amenities are absolutely grandieux; the pool is enormous, the bar is fully equipped even with professional decks and lighting for night parties, the kitchen is amazing, there is different verandas that can be used throughout the day, a Villa with a capital V, and another V for VMF. Also the location is perfect few minutes from the beach and less than a minute drive to the local market and amenities where you can find literally all you need. Stefanos is so helpful and discreet he ll solve any issue and answer every single question. Cant wait to go back

Agapi est une hôte charmante, pleine d'attentions et très accueillante. Nous avons eu un souci de voiture (accident) quelques kilomètres avant d'arriver au logement. Agapi est venue sur place et a passé plus de deux heures avec nous, pour toutes les démarches en langue grecque, avec l'assurance et l'expert. Elle avait également commandé à diner pour notre arrivée tardive, ce fut vraiment agréable. Le logement est conforme à la description, propre et très vaste. Quelques éléments un peu vieillissants dans les chambres (placards) mais rien de rédhibitoire par rapport à la qualité du lieu et aux équipements mis à disposition. L'emplacement est très beau avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, un bruit raisonnable de la route en contrebas et un chemin d'accès très pentu, nécessitant une voiture en bon état. L'espace piscine est magnifique. Notre séjour à 8 personnes a été très agréable dans cette villa à une petite heure d'Athènes, sans la pollution de la capitale. Merci Agapi ! :)

Роскошные апартаменты, где чувствуешь себя, как дома! Очень уютно и максимально комфортно. В доме есть все, от масла, сахара, разного кофе и приправ, до шампуней и аптечки. Особая благодарность за холодные воду и пиво, и полный морозильник льда. Стиральная машина, посудомойка, фен, посуда - есть все для комфортного отдыха. Чувствуется, что дом обустроен с любовью. Огромный бассейн с шикарным видом на залив. Круто отдыхать с детьми - в доме много настольных игр, и в интерьере много интересных деталей Но лучшее в этом доме - это хозяин! Удивительно доброжелательный и отзывчивый . Мы попали на страйк таксистов, и целый час пытались уехать из Афин домой. Позвонили хозяину дома, и он приехал нас забрать, проехав 45км туда и обратно. Идеальное место для семейного отдыха! Хозяин дома - прекрасный человек, заботящийся о своих гостях. Мы обязательно вернемся в этот дом еще ни раз

This place was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of communal space. Oksana quickly responded to any queries that we had. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

Godelieve's place was fantastic. She was super communicative, helped us arrange a rental car (which will be needed to get to a local town as taxis are hard to come by), and made us feel right at home. Beyond that, the home itself is great. Everyone had room to do their own thing individually and there were plenty of communal spaces that feel comfortable and intimate. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing time off the Greece coast.

Despina’s communication was second to none! By far the best host I have communicated with in air b and b. She replied super quick and was great at describing things perfectly. Which is very important when travelling to an area you don’t know. The villa itself was spectacular, and the view from the balcony is in my top three sea views of all time! Haha. I would 100% recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your home with me ❤️

Was soll man sagen, ohne dass es übertrieben wirkt? Wir haben noch nie einen Gastgeber wie Vasiliki gehabt. Welcher Gastgeber bäckt zum Empfang Kuchen , bereitet das Abendessen zu und verteilt Geschenke? So liebevoll wie der Empfang war auch die Betreuung während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es wurde versucht alles perfekt zu machen. Auf dem Hügel, wo die Villa liegt, gibt es nur wenige Häuser und dessen Besitzer sind mit Vasiliki befreundet und helfen auch mit, dass man als Gast sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Sie es mit Tips rund um den Pool und dem kleinen Wasserfall, mit Tips rund um Restaurants oder einfach nur mit netten Gesprächen. Die Villa und der Garten sind wirklich schön und auch da merkt man, mit wieviel Liebe zum Detail Vasiliki hier daran arbeitet, etwas Schönes zu erschaffen. Die kleine Kapelle mit Kirchenglocke ist einzigartig, innen und außen. Uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern ( 9,16) hat der Urlaub sehr viel Ruhe und Entspannung gebracht und wird uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben.

Dit huis is het einde, wát een mooie dagen hebben wij als gezin beleefd in deze fantastische villa! Wij werden super opgevangen en het speelgoed voor onze zoon stond al klaar. Overal is over nagedacht en het was ook brandschoon. Het contact met George en Lenia was heel vertrouwd, wij voelden ons erg thuis en ze waren heel lief voor ons. Aan het einde kregen we een mooi presentje mee wat ons altijd zal bijblijven. Niet noodzakelijk, maar het persoonlijke en warme contact zorgt net voor die extra beleving. Bedankt voor de onvergetelijke ervaring!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt und alles da, was man so braucht! Tolles Haus, super Architektur und extra Holz zum Heizen in einer eher kühleren Jahreszeit unseres Aufenthaltes!
